calls everyday, no message

Calls regurlary.  I don't recognize it so I don't answer but they never leave a message. Probably a solicitation of some kind.

everyday call picked up it is a telemarketer, tring to get you to order your medicine over the phone with them.

This is a telemarketer as Brian said. I told him that I would call him if I needed any meds and he told me to "fu*k off". Can you believe it? When I am not so busy, I just might make it my mission in life to destroy his little scam.

calls fairly frequently, they identify themselves with "English/American" name...(today it was) David Watson trying to offer me $5000 for some grant.  Meanwhile English is obviously their 2nd language, and I doubt the name they give....i think it's to lure Americans into thinking it's another American caller, but it's clear it's a fake name for another overseas telemarketer. They are calling for the last owner of this phone number i have asked to stop receiving these calls, yet they continue, nor will they transfer me to a supervisor. I want to begin the harrassment process. How can that be done?
