a person named Rachel called concerning a warrant being issued for someone that I know...when i asked for more info she hung up on me and would not answer when i called back...fraud...blocked this number

Received a phone message from this number.  Persons name is Racheal Collins.  Stated that there is a fraud investigation about me.  Did not and will not call this number back.  If there is such a thing I feel the local police will should be involved and I would have heard from them not someone in Texas.  Will block the number.  

Caller states (via voicemail) that a warrant will be issued if I do not call back, for a "crime I committed" in St Croix County. Which is in WI. I call b.s. She also left a case number to refer to.
