This number appears to be used by Credit Card scammers.  When you call it you get a message that it is inactive and you are instructed to call 1-800-412-2110.  When you call the 800 number a female voice instructs that this is "Card Services" and you should enter your credit card number.  Do NOT give any information.  When you hold on 'till a real person answers agian request is made for Credit Card and Social Security Account numbers.  I asked the person what bank and the response is "This is Card Services."  What card?  "We service all cards."  Definately a scam, in my opinion.
