Haven't applied for insurance but they keep calling. Never leave a message. Getting annoyed

Do you drive an American made car only? Buy only American made clothes?  Are you loudly against Free-Trade with Mexico or China....that gives away blue-collar rust-belt jobs?

OR do you only get nutty when white collar or I.T jobs get outsourced?

HR "recruiter" who barely speaks English clearly.  This getting annoying.  American companies are outsourcing everything they possibly can.  I will NOT deal with a company who can't even employ Americans to recruit Americans to work in America.  This is b***s***.

got multiple calls from this number. All the same. First, some fishy computer program calls me asking to "press 1", then I get switched to an clue-less and arrogant operator who asks for all sorts of private information (name, address, dob, ssn) as if it's me soliciting their business.
Anyway, reported them to DoNotCall register and Texas OAG consumer protection division office.

I received a call on my cell phone indicating they were from QuantumMedic to schedule an exam for insurance.  I have not applied for any insurance recently.

Called to schedule BP/Blood/UA tests at my home for METLIFE insurance.  'April' was my operator/scheduler and she spoke clearly and with no accent.  I was on hold for about a minute and a half before she picked up and it was obvious when she 'muted' the call to talk to someone else.

Yep, they will call you to make a medical checkup if you applied for life insurance.  Stupid me, I kept not taking the call and even deleted their voicemail before listening to em.  Good thing I finally googled the phone number.

I keep getting calls at my work phone from 972-996-4038. The prompt tells me it is "PortoMedic" and my insurance company is requesting me to scedule an appointment.  I waited on hold forever and called them back later at that number to be answered as "Hooper Homes".  The lady on the line said it was one and the same company. Just to get them to go away, I gave them my name only to be told they have no order for me.

They then asked for the number that was being called to look up the order and put me back on hold.  They came back on and said they were looking for "Steven Somebody" but obviously had the wrong number.  Hopefully they will stop calling.

So they called 3 times in a row, let it ring once and then nothing. I called back and a gentleman calling himself Barry from an unintelligible company(due to heavy accent),answers and then asks "Am I speaking with () my name here. I asked what he wanted. He asks if I am looking for a job. I have recently posted my resume online. I tell him to have a nice day and then hang up on him.

Just called - could hear no-one even though the call connected. Hung on the line for 3 or 4 minutes but no-one was speaking. Very strange

They just recently starting calling us but they never leave a message, which is fine with me since I have no desire to talk with them since I did not initiate the call or request for them to call.  Neither my husband or I have applied for any new insurance so they have no business calling us since we are on the Do Not Call List and have been for over 5 years.  I went in about 2 months ago and entered our number again but I see some companies still like breaking the law.  Unless they are going to pay our phone bill, they need to stop bothering us !!

Whoever they are, they better get people to pronounce better English. They left me two massages & could not make out who they were. Buy accident did not answer both times.

The company is PortaMedic and they schedule medical screenings for several insurance companies when you apply for a policy. In my case, I had applied for a policy and provided the number that they called me on.

This is a company that schedules a visit from a nurse to come to your home and do an exam , probably for a Life Insurance application. In my case I had applied for one.

Message they left said they are PortaMedic for United of Omaha and for a Robert to call back to schedule an exam and to call back on 866-220-4866.
Then, only but 5 minutes later, the same people called but for a Shirley Hunter to call an schedule her exam for United of Omaha and to call back on this number as well 866-220-4866.

Funny,  there is no Robert NOR a Shirley Hunter that lives here.

These people are extremely rude!!!  They call, I call them back wait on hold forever and then they hang up on me.  This happened 3 times!!!
