Constantly receiving calls, no reponse. I just disconnect them now. Still very annoying.

been getting calls for the last month from this number sometimes as many as 25 calls a day. they call anytime of the day and night no one ever is there when i answer never tried calling back because this has happened before with a different number.I have reported this number many times but to no avail, , i put a block on this number but they still get thru....... any ideas on how to stop them. Location: Little Falls, NJ

This number calls repeatedly and hangs up when the phone is answered Upon calling back the phone disconnects immediately.
