...They call several times each day...STOP...I am not going to answer...what good is the DO NOT CALL list !

Called and left no message

Get calls constantly, caller I.D. says member services. call 2-3 times a day, doe's not leave message on machine.

I've received calls from 973-272-7823 before, and they stopped for a few months, but now they're starting again.  My caller ID says Member Services along with the phone number.  They hang up if you don't pick up the phone right away.  It's annoying, especially on my days off from work when I need some peace and quiet.  I am on the Do Not Call list, but that doesn't seem to matter.

Remember, the DNC list works. We know that these birds are scammers, just because the are calling us.  I am guessing  a lot of folks don't want government to do more than it's already doing. Do you want to pay higher taxes to hire hordes of robocall cops?

Robocall - computer message to buy life insurance. Pressed #1 to talk to rep and got Lance who immediately hung up when I said I wanted the name of his company.
I see where just earlier this month they were selling electricity which tells me they are just a professional telemarketer who should know better than to call people on the Do Not Call list.  Just another example of the effectiveness of Washington as complaints to them about companies like this do NOTHING.  Gee, can't wait for the full effect of ObamaCare to come down the pipe.

I am sick and tired of our Congress, who keeps telling us that 'private industry does it best'. These people who "lower our energy bills" are just brokers. Like ENRON before them they are unethical, they are discourteous, and do not follow the law. Do not kid yourself, these people are backed by large corporations, and those corporations are capable of "bribing" our Congressmen to NOT protect us consumers from their practices.

Remember, the purpose of being elected to Congress is to be re-elected. And we quasi destitute consumers cannot help our representatives to that end.

Member Services on caller ID.

My phone number is on the do not call list, and this company keeps calling.  They keep tring to get me to sign up to "lower" my energy bills.  I would like to know how they are allowed to call repeatedly when I am on the do not call list. please advise as to how I can stop this. Thank you.
