I was sued by Pressler & Pressler in the NY courts over some old credit card debt now owned by a debt buyer. I hired a debt defense attorney in Buffalo and we easily won the case saving me thousands of dollars. If you are sued by them, don't do nothing, get help.

I just got a phone message from the same # you described and it begins with a popular tune and then a male voice saying "Hello, Hello, Hello" and then nothing more. Thanks for the tip on collection agency. Best to you

The telephone number is from a collection agency that uses deceptive, as described by others, pratices in their pursuite of gettin your money.
