First they didn't ship my item from ebay. Then when I contacted to ask about where my shipment was, then they told me it must have been lost in transit, when the tracking clearly shows that it was never shipped. I gave them the okay to ship it again, but did not respond to me, and they then spammed my email address with 35 messages for 2 days even through ebay's message system. After those 2 days they refunded me the money. Needless to say I contacted ebay told them about the spam emails. I hope they stop are I will be calling ebay again. Their ebay name is "valuebuybattery" and they also spammed me with this address too "batterygallery@ebaybatteries.com". The "DaledGroup" is the name on their Paypal account, and where you money goes to.

I purchased a battery on Ebay, and they sent the wrong one.  They called from this number when I opened a PayPal dispute.

IT IS JUST A RECORDING TO LEAVE MESSAGES THEY ARE A FRAUD THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY OFFER A NO HASSLE WARRANTY  BUT WILL NOT STAND BEHIND IT. ELI & DASIEY DALFIN they list their business as an insurance agency to keep people from finding them. they have another business in brooklyn Ny. all do the same thing rip people off.
