Got a call from this number recently. I think it's the same tele-scammer that calls me at least once everyday (Monday - Friday), usually around the same time, but with a different number each day. I don't answer, and they never leave a message. My policy is that I don't answer the phone unless it's from someone I know. Plus, I won't hear the ringer anyway ... I have the normal ringtone set to a very silent ringtone. Only friends, family and contacts have regular ringtones, so I'll hear when they call and I'll answer the phone for them. Oh, and I have any unknown numbers set to "automatic reject" so they won't even get a chance to ring my phone! I used to really hate these tele-scammers, but now I get a little satisfaction knowing I've wasted some of their time! Maybe if more people do like I do, the tele-scammers will only be wasting the time and resources of the telephone service providers, and then, maybe the service providers will take some action against them. One can hope....

Called and left no message. We are on the do not call list. Caller ID said HBW LEADS.

Claimed they were with State Farm. I already have them:/ they should check their records before the call.

How can they call if you are on DO NOT CALL government list?  Where do you go to file a complaint with the Government?

First call today.... ID says "Unknown Name".  These "harassment calls" are getting very much out of hand. Does anybody know how to stop them short of disconnecting the phone line.?  This is the 4th "Unknown Name" call so far today and it's only noon time.

Was it really just a telemarketer? Take notice, Allstate! It sounded like an uneducated teenaged male with bad manners. His grammar was so bad, it felt like robbers might have been scouting our house to see if anyone was home.

Called the number back and received a recording for the following

Please stop calling me everyday and hanging up

I have been receiving these calls for a few months now and have yet to answer.  I tried calling back from my business line and, of course, didnot get a live person - just a machine offering insurance options and giving me the option of being added to the Do Not Call List.
Most companies would realize if you did not initiate the contact it is not likely they are going to get your business.
Go figure.

This is supposedly someone calling to give you an allstate quote. The lady just starts asking you all these questions about what type of car you drive and if you have had any accidents. I refused to tell her what kind of car I drive and she got very annoyed and rude and hung up on me before I could tell her to stop calling me.

It's a sales pitch for a "30 second quote for Allstate Insurance."  Hopefully they got the message that I don't want to change my insurance and go away!

don't they realize that blocking the lines is against the law?    what happens if i have an emergency?!

there,  that angers me..   companies such as this that really abuse the system should be sued pantsless.

beats me who they are.. i just picked up after the damned phone rang a billion times and i farted into the receiver...  no response.


eh..   it's nearly 9pm..   what do they think they're accomplishing?   they'll just get more the same out of me....

Annoying. These stupid brainless wonders call everyday.

You'd think by now they would get it and realize if we haven't answered their calls in the past few weeks since they started calling EVERY SINGLE DAMN DAY that maybe we aren't interested.

I certainly would NOT buy something from someone this incredibly stupid and annoying.

Almost 50 calls all totaled!!!! ..and they still keep calling. Pure harassment. Morons.
