Called three times yesterday before I answered and asked them to not call again and take us off their list. They want to "speak with the person in charge of your energy bill" - I said no, don't call again and he was like "don't you want to save money?!" --- this morning.....called again....told the guy to STOP CALLING! He said "do you even know what this is for?" - I said yes and to stop calling!! I have newborn babies (yes plural) and need the phone ringer on as I also have a Grandmother in the hospital who I need to be able to be reached at all times --- so unplugging my phone is not an option. The fact that these guys call all day long (and not just them - other telemarketers trying to "just save you money" - and that's if they even bother to say hello - a lot of times they just hang up on YOU) literally is ruining my day and driving me crazy. I should not have to field a dozen or more unsolicited calls --- and I'm on the do not call list. It's disruptive and infuriating. I know these guys have to make a living, but when someone calls you and you ask them to do not call again...and they do....that's when you go from doing your job and making a call to being a bully, a harasser, and there has just GOT to be more that can done about this. If someone wad just crank calling me a dozen times a day, I'd think a cop would pay them a visit....why are these people any different?!
