Didn't pick up cuz I didn't recognize the number, they called my cell phone twice in a row & left a blank voicemail. Did not call them back, whatever kind of telemarketing company they are.

Ditto previous note --- call, no message, calls again 3 minutes later, no message, calls again 3 minutes after that and leaves a 1 minute long blank message.  Calls are on my cell phone that is registered on Do Not Call list.

Has called my cell phone twice.  My cell is on the do not call list.  I do not have bank accounts with BoA but ever since they acquired LaSalle Bank in the Chicago Metropolitan area, I have been getting calls from them.  I have old brokerage accounts with LaSalle, but my cell was not attached to those accounts.  If I gave consent for LaSalle to call, that does not give BoA a right to call me.

Actually that is exactly what it means. When a company acquires another it generally assumes all rights and liabilities of the company it acquired. Thus, unless your consent to LaSalle included language which curtailed transferability BoA absolutely has the right to call you.

Pick up the phone and ask them to stop  calling or resolve your outstanding issue.
