I am having the same issue.  The first call scared the crap out of me but then when he tried telling me that I had an unpaid payday loan, I called his bluff.  You can't owe a debt on something you never received.  I asked repeatedly for all the verifying info such as date of loan, how much it was for, and why they wouldn't mail me a copy in writing.  Once I talked to a man and once was a woman, they finally got angry enough with me that they hung up on me and the woman called my job. This is complete harrassment, I just wish I knew what to do about it besides change my phone number.

caled again and again and again...11 calls today...caller id shows +0000000000! message is exactly the same as all others...word for word. they have last four numbers of my social??? Said I have a $5000 unpaid loan...I WISH!!! I have no loan or loans outstanding although i did at one time apply for one on-line...did not get it, it was only for $200 and I will NEVER do that again!!! This is quite disturbing and is harrassment!

man with foreign accent gave name as david johnson  stated my social security and drivers license were under investigation and if did not return his call immediately would file lawsuit that would result in significant legal consequences! this was exactly same script or speil given by a man with foriegn accent who called just prior to this call from #425 998 2546, which is a known "payday loan" scam! they keep calling repeatedly many times per day and leave EXACTLY the same message! I am elderly, ill and disabled--this is very annoying and frustrating and I don't know what to do about it!
