I just got a call from this number.  They asked for my husband and then his spouse.  I told them they were not home.  They are not a collection agency.  We do not have any outstanding debt.  I am going to block them.  If they cannot tell you who they are, its a scam.

This phone # has called our residence repeatedly today. Upon dialing back the #, which I did 5 times, each time I got a recording that my call did not go through. The person phoning from this # does not leave a message. All the more I could find on a reverse look up is that the call originated from Whippany NJ

Chrysler financial harassing us for a payment that is 4 days past due. We received 3 calls within 5 minutes to both the house and cell phone. On a SUNDAY. Have some respect. My husband had a stroke at 32 yrs old, that's what the payment is late.

Someone from 973-947-7813 keeps calling my parents from this number asking for me.  They will not provide any information to my mother, they leave no message if she doesn't answer, and I cannot get ahold of anyone at that number to find out what it's about.  I know that it is not Chrysler calling me, because I do not, nor have I ever, had anything through Chrysler Financial.

This is a local number used by Chrysler in their collection efforts.  THREE days past the due date and these A-Holes are already calling.  All the hiring done at Chrysler has been for collectors to call and harass their existing clients so that Cerebus does not let Chrysler go bankrupt TOO SOON.  They are timing their cash flow and their bonuses and at some point Chrysler will be in BK and then all these minimum wage collectors can go on unemployment and find out first hand what the economy is really like.  

I've had numerous Chryslers before and since Cerebus got involved they have been nothing but D-Bags. Hedge Funds should have stayed out of the car business and worse than that...the government should have NEVER bailed out a privately held company.  It is not even a public company.

I phoned Eithe Verizon Wireless OR T Mobile re a tech problem. PRIOR to the rep picking up the phone a recording asked if I would be willing to answer a few questions about the service I recieved. I pushed #1 for yes and was told after I finished with the rep that nobody was available to ask me the servay questions and someone would call me back during regular business hours.

This 973-947-7390 phone number is a Newark NJ phone number which is where many Verizon business calls origionate from.

My bet is that this is a callback from them to take the dreaded survey. You can probably relax. Nobody is out to get you!

Chrysler continues to recognize that the people they are giving car loans to can not afford their new loans, that is why they do not verify income for their buyers.  They also review the credit reports and can tell that a consumer is struggling with too much debt.  They don't care.  In fact, instead of a $500 per month payment for the car you want, because you have difficulty paying your bills and probably don't make the money you say you make, they can't give you the car at $500 per month.  But they will give it to you at $550 a month.  Is that really risk based lending or is that predatory lending?  

You decide.  I will never, ever buy another vehicle financed by Chrysler.  Chrysler collectors are nothing but thigs that make loan sharks and the mafia seem like girl scouts.  

When Chrysler goes bankrupt and does not get bailed out by the government...there will be a party like you would not believe.

We have had repeated calls from this number to our fax line. It has been going on for weeks and it is REALLY bugging us. I  have tried to call back and it always says that all lines are busy or that the line has been disconnected.

I believe this is a collection agency.  It is usually an "out of the area" on my caller id but they called back one time right after I hung up on them and the phone number appeared.  They continue to call my house asking for someone who is not at my residence.  When I continue to say they have the wrong number they insist I am the person and ask me if I will tell the judge that.  I just hang up.  I am thinking about a harassment suit.

We are in a very difficult financial environment and while California gives IOU's, tax refunds are not sent out timely because the government's cash flow is struggling and we gave tax-payer money to Chrysler (Yes I know they paid it back but we gave it to them to get them through a tough time) and we also spent tax payer money on the Cash For Clunkers.  All this has been done for Chrysler, other car companies, banks and insurance companies.

This number showed up on our caller I.D. -- but no name was attached. I assume it was a collection agency for my Dad's defaulted credit cards. Or it could be collections from Comcast when they terminated our service last year.

973-947-7762 is a local number used to give the impression of a local caller. The call is then patched through to person and this can take a while.  

This may be a shared number between collectors but the number was used to contact me for my Chrysler account.  I received two calls from this number, answered both, could not wait for the first to get to a live person and I was finally connected the second time.  It is Chrysler calling to harass me for a payment that is 4 days past due.  

They are realy a-holes considering the way the taxpayers bailed them out when they were having trouble.  How about a little respect and compassion for a payment that is four days late.  I can't wait until Chrysler is gone for good!  Shouldn't be long now since everyone knows how crappy they are.

I listened to the message on my Optimum Voice because I got fed up with seeing the number on my Caller ID, it's for TMobile Collections. I am getting calls for some Chick named Sonia who must've had my number before me.

I called the number back,  at 3:01 PM eastern and just received an automated message that they collect money for charities (hung up after that).

Called today,left no message. Called back,and got a message saying that i was contacted for marketing research or a slaes call....then it hangs up.

They call here all the time... I was told they were a collection agency for Chrysler.  I do not own a Chrysler. but they keep calling... I wish it would stop.  Is there anything we can do?

I got a call today from the say number. I picked up and a lady told me to hold someone was going to get on the phone shortly. I waited a few secs. The lady came on again and said to hold...I just hung up.

Got a call from this number, she asked for some person I've never heard of, told her it was a wrong number, she hung up abrubtly. Caller ID says Whippany, NJ.

He called again yesterday- this is now what I did - First-he actually never states that he is collecting a bill, he only is rude and harasses stating I am the person he is looking for and that I owe money which I am not. I informed him that I was taping the call, he said I couldn't do that without his permission.  I asked him several times for his name, number and address so my attorney can contact him but he refused to give me any information.  I would not give up and finally he hung up on me.  I am keeping track of all the phone calls I receive to file a harassment suit.  If you are willing to pay $1.00 and have Verizon, immediately after he calls you and hangs up you can *57 which will trace the call and show it on your phone bill.  I will be doing this and then file a complaint with my local police department and I will take further steps.  I also am in contact with the New Jersey Attorney General.  Even if he is working for a collection agency, which now I doubt, he can not do what he is doing!!!!  Oh I also forgot to mention he called again today however forgot to block his call and when I answered he just hung up.

I can understand if they are a collections agency and by law they can't give out information about the debt. But these people are down right rude and get loud when you ask questions.

Apparently my number was owned by person(before it was recycled to me) that had a lot of debts. So I tried to tell them that and identify myself. The guy called me a lair and a loser. My caller ID reads Whippany and when I call it a recording says "all circuts are busy try your call agian". Why would the telephne company allow that????

There must be something we can do..............Anybody have suggestions???

I think it is a collection agency.  It comes up "out of area" on my caller id but one time I hung up on the man-who won't identify himself, he called back and 973-947-7390 apeared.  I tried explaining he has the wrong number but he insists I am who he is trying to contact.  I just keep hanging up.  What can we do to stop this nonsense????

I get calls from this number several times a week, nothing, nobody there when I answer, no data on caller I.D. and when I do call the number back, nothing,, I hope our government is looking into this and Borrack does not take a laid back approach on this like everything elese, he might see it as torture...
