I received a call from this number today. The middle eastern man claimed to be an FBI agent and that i had received a payday loan and not paid it back. He told me I was going to be charged with many things and would go to jail...This is the second different number and name that this guy has used. This is a scam!!!!!!!! Do not listen to any of this guy's idle threats! Complaints have been filed with the Attorney General about these scam artists. The other number used was 973-854-4262. Do not give these scam artists any money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well the caller said that he wAs with FCI FINANCIAL AND HE WAS A CRIME INVESTEGATER. HE ADVISED ME THAT I WAS BEING SUED AND ALSO FACING FELONY CHARGES IF I DIDNT RESOLVE THE MATTER. THE CONVERSION WENT ON AND FINALLY I GOT OUT OF HIM WHO HE REPRESENTED OR WHO THE COMPANY THAT I OWED WAS. I APPLIED FOR A LOAN OVER THE INTERNET AND JUST MADE THE FINALLY PAYMENT LAST WEEK SO I HUNG UP THE PHONE AND CALLED THE LOAN COMPANY. THEY NOTIFIED ME QUICKLY OF THE SCAM THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A WHILE AND GAVE ME THE # TO HOMELAND SECURITY.

I GOT A CALL FROM A GUY WITH A MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT SAYING HIS NAME WAS OFFICER MATTHEW ROGERS AND THAT I OWED ALL THIS MONEY OR I WOULD BE FACING JAIL TIME FOR FRAUD AND THAT THIS COMPANY FCI NEEDED THE MONEY BY A CERTAIN DATE. I HAVE BEEN HARRASSED DAILY BY THIS GUY, THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

received a phone call from peter smith who states he was an fbi agent at 973-975-0943. he stated that i defaulted on a personal loan and if i did not pay it back i was going to jail or my life would be in danger. I contacted the police right away and they traced the number. if i receive another call from them, i will prosecute. i have the address that the number is registered to.

Received call at my place of employment.  I was left a very threatening voice mail from a Officer Brian Wilson with the Federal Bureau of Investigations.  I was instructed to call him at 973-975-0943 ASAP or have my attorney call.  This was an important matter and very time sensitive.  There was a lot of other background noise were you can tell others are making calls as well.  Something is definitely not right about this call!

this person called me and advised me that i was facing felony charges if i did not resolve this matter. Would not tell me what company it was or what it was but i was so scared i did pay money to this guy and now he just keeps calling demanding more money
