The caller ID showed the number to be +974 599-8518, but sometimes it says "Private Call"- which means that the number is being intentionally blocked.  The caller calls my cell at all hours of the day and night ( but mostly night : from 10pm EST to like 3 am) There is never any message.  .  I answered it once and a man with a middle eastern accent said hello and I repeated "hello...?" he said ..."wait- hey there!" like he was surprised someone had answered and when he realized it was a female he sounded really eager to talk- I hung up and he has called at least once /week ever since... ( he has called the past 4 nights straight..! ) He doesn't seem deterred that a man answers either ( I havr had my husband answer most of the time) WHO IS THIS??? It has been going on for months!

the caller calls my cell but does not leave a message...  I answered it once but did not get a response when I said hello.  Today I called it back ( caller ID) and it had a really weird ring- like it was overseas or something... ( creepy)- and a man answered..  I hung up.
