You can hire an offshore service from Russia,China,Germany wherever you feel more comfortable with and get Voice Over Internet Services from their and put numbers of people or Bussinesses you hate on an Auto Dialing System...lets say you really hate that Telemarketers that call you when ever.. with this you can program to auto dial him/her lets say three MILLION calls and the Auto dialer will do it. 3,000,000 that is with six zeros...that will teach anybody to stop calling you and they will probably disconnect that line do to it never stoping from ringing jajaja For Americans?
