Theis number just called me for a job interview. I assume it's got something to do with my resume on career builder. Creepy.

I received a call from this number on September 01, 2011 at 5:27 P. M.
saying, " a process server would be  coming to my house to serve papers on someone named Warren Bailey". I never heard of this person and informed the girl that I would be submitting this number to FCC. She immediately hung up.

Got a call from this # saying they were serving papers to my mother-in-law (who lives in another state).  She said she was from Tri State Processors (or servers), and it appeared to be a summons to appear in court.  Gave a call back # (888-227-7904, I'll put a note for that # too) and a case file #.  The previous poster commented to file a complaint - but I don't know who to contact but will if I figure it out.  THe call back # should go to Levine Cohen and Associates.  From this site, looking at both numbers, it is a scam (trying to collect on old or non-existent debt) and possibly preying on elderly.  A headache we don't need...

Save number in your cells phones as SCAM, that way you won't be tempted to pick it up.  These are probably some Indian scam artists.  I got call too and tried to call back.  It just keeps ringing busy.  SEE YOU TUBE INDIAN PAYDAY LOAN SCAM.

I also received five calls from this number.  

What you can do.  Make sure you phone number is registered in the National Do Not Call Registry

Then, after 31 days, if you receive another call from this number,  (or if you were already, go ahead and) file a complaint against this company.

The only way to shut scam companies like this down is if enough complaints against them are filed.  Please help stop sham companies like this one.

I also received a call from thus number. they also said an officer would be coming by to my home. in the caller i.d. the name michael lopez came up with this number

i just received a call from this phone number 978-203-5244  it sounded like a scam.. from L.C.  Associates for court papers as well to be deliveded.  You thugs need to get a life.... No i never called back.  i'm repoting this to the police.

I received a call about a legal document. They said it appeared that my son needed to show up for a court date he never had. Very strange. I took down the case file and phone number to call back, but have no intention of doing so. How can I stop this from happening again?

978-203-5244 called and used my maiden name and said that I failed to appear in court this morning and police where coming to serve papers. They actually called my stepson and asked for me and he gave them my cell phone #. When I tried to call them back, the line was busy, I don't know who they are but they are ticking me off:(

978 203 5244 called me twice in a week. First call was not picked up but the second one came in yesterday at 12;15 pm. I answered and a woman voice said: hello ma'm you need to be home so we can go to your property and delivered some legal documents. I hang up the phone and tried to call back but of course, the line was busy. That was a prank call!!!

Called me me 3 times. I thought it was telemarketer 1 time, hung up. Picked up on 3rd and said she called to say an officer would be at my door to serve me papers on Monday. Didn't ask me my name. I said please take me off your list and she said "this is not a calling list" and I hung up. Haven't received a call since (that was an hour ago). Now phone is busy when I try to call back.

I just received a similar call, telling me if i would be home to accept legal docs for my next door neighbor...very weird.

They've called me every day this week while I was working and have not left a voicemail.
