im a scam

Called yesterday on my cell phone and left a voice mail saying that I had qualified for a free $40 Visa Gift Card.  

I have had this cell number for 10 years without telemarketer calls, and now in two days I have received 4 calls from 2 telemarketers.  Not sure where they are getting my number.
