I received a call from Michelle (978-298-1064 ? Extension 2386) from HP wanting to talk to the IT Manager for our company.
I am not the IT Manager of my department. Just another dude who works on the same floor as him.
I asked her what this is regards to. She repeated she is from HP and want to talk to the IT Manager about our printers. I figure if she was really from HP and handled my company?s account she would know who my IT director is and wouldn?t want to talk to him anyway because he doesn?t handle the printer purchases or handle the maintenance contracts. Mostly because he?s busy running the department. That?s why he hires people to do these things.
Anyway I gave her the phone number of a local pizza shop and I haven?t heard back from her.
Dear Michelle if you are reading this the next time I?m out clubbing baby seals I will be thinking of you. Suck it.

This was a sales call and the person was very pushy and I would like to be able to contact the person's supervisor or their firm just to let them know the people skills of their sales force leaves a bit to be desired.

They left a message with just their first name and the phone number +extension. I called back; it was HP wanting to know if I was doing any IT upgrades in the next 6-12 months. Sales Cold Call.

Keep getting voicemails asking me to call 978-298-1064. They don't give any information except their first name.
