Caller Roberts Says they are collecting money for police fund. Man shows up without a badge or anything indicating that he's a cop. They want you to write a check to Lowell Police something or other fund. Very sketchy. If I want to donate to police I'll go directly to the police station.

Incredibly rude and aggressive individual who forces himself on 90 year old woman through ambiguous phone calls. When I described myself as her son and asked if I could help, he insisted on speaking only to her "or else". After I was done laughing, he hung up on me. I've tracked the number to a cell in Lowell MA but don't have anything further. He must be selling something!!!!
