THESE PEOPLE ARE RELENTLESS...........THEY HAVE CALLED ME NON-STOP FOR TWO WEEKS - SOMETIMES 7 TIMES A DAY..... I HAVE SPOKEN WITH A GIRL TWICE - BUT MOST OF THE TIME THEY CALL AND HANG UP.  IF YOU CALL NUMBER BACK - IT GIVES YOU OPTION TO PRESS 1 TO BE PUT ON DO NOT CALL LIST - AND IF YOU DO - THEN THEY CALL YOU EVEN MORE.  THE GIRL I SPOKE TO THIS MORNING WAS ASHLEY MAXWELL - SHE CONFIRMED THE  COMPANY NAME - GLOBAL REWARDS OUT OF TAMPA FL - BUT KEPT TRYING TO VERIFY MY MAILING ADDRESS AND CC NUMBER - WHEN I ASKED HER FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND A SUPERVISOR'S NAME BEFORE I WOULD VERIFY MY INFORMATION WITH HER - SHE QUICKLY HUNG UP.  SINCE THAT CALL THIS MORNING - I HAVE GOTTEN 4 MORE CALLS - USING DIFFERENT NUMBERS - WHEN DOES SOMETHING EVER GET DONE TO MAKE THESE PEOPLE STOP !!!!!!

If anyone has any info as to locating callers position on a map please shoot me an email. I'm looking for any means, legal or not. I realize the callers are off shore as well. The point isn't money any more.

Started getting calls yesterday from 978-570-2089, then 978-570-2084, and then 603-214-3346. All with the same story as everyone above... they have the last 4 digits of my credit card and want to verify my address and all for a $120 gift card.

I'm trying to track this down and end the madness and just a few things I'm coming up with....

After talking to the Bayring and Freedom Ring Communications people, they point me to a company called TM Caller ID (http://www.tmcallerid.com/). 503-226-4444. This company is a private company that owns those numbers. When you call them to complain, talk to a guy named David Nelson. They already know the deal and promise to put your name on a do not call list. They ultimately make the product that makes this scam possible but tell me they do not run the scam. Because there are so many complaints, they've started a division to help solve our problems. Not sure yet if this works but I called them today. We'll see...

One of the foreign b*tches called me again a few times tonight. I freaked out on all of them. But one of them gave me a number that she told me I could reach her a to call her back. The number is 1-800-316-9561. I call this number and it was after business hours. But the name of the company is Discount Savings Plan. The message says the website is www.myshopperdiscount.com. The site is dead.

I am also calling this Ron Allen person Mike above mentions. 707-571-7610  

At this point, its personal for me. I am calling everyone I can and freaking out. I am determined to find someone involved and kid nap them and hold them captive and work my way up the ladder. I want blood. I want to burn buildings to the ground. The above info is just where I'm at in a few hours and anything anyone can add is appreciated. I will hurt these people if I find them. I'm not afraid to spend my own money for airfare, car rentals, and weapons. Its no longer enough to be done with the calls. Any other leads/info anyone has is appreciated.

This number has been calling my husbands cell phone too.  However, they keep asking for a different person-someone we don't even know.  We have told them time and time again that there is no one by that name at this number but then they ask if we are related to this person and start yelling.  They say they are calling on behalf of Mastercard.  One time when asked they stated they worked for Global Rewards.  LIke everyone else that has posted here each time we ask to speak to a manager we either get the run around or get hung up on.  One person even threatned to sue us!  As soon as we blocked the 978 number the 603-214-3348 number started right up.  They act like they are a collection company with how aggressive they are but when asked they stated that it was in reference to a reward.

No matter how many times we ask we are unable to get an address, or a phone number to call them back.  As I was writing this they called again!!  This time my husband flat out told them that any legit company would have a phone number and address, that he thought they were a scam and that we were reporting them to the FTC.

Calls claiming to be a Visa representative who's trying to 'give' us $120 in gas rebates if I'll just verify an address for a Visa card they seem to have the last four digits of.  Not only does it smell like a scam, but they call 2-7 times a day (we have call logs) when asked not to. Believe they are violating the No Call list as well.

This caller starts around 1600hrs and keeps calling my cell phone til after 2130hrs, DAILY!  I need to get these guys to STOP!  they are interupting my life!

i blocked a number then blocked another number they wont give up even though i blocked it on my cell it still comes thru as a missed call i even called both numbers back and pressed 1 to be removed from their calling list  that just made them call more i think they have called over twenty times today and a couple yesterday if anyone finds out a way to stop them let me no thanks

some marketing company that knew my cc info and will not stop calling me I put their number on my block numbers list then they call from a different number. very rude pushy people

AAARRGGHH, got me too - 1st it was 9785702089 then 6032143348 - call after call for a day and a half. Finally I forwarded my phone to a fax machine modem and that made it quit. Perhaps the tone was detected by their auto dialer and made it quit. Hooray!!

Calling every few minutes and don't leave a message.

I have not been answering these calls because they are not someone in my contacts but they are calling non stop for several days. Just today they have called at 8:20 8:45 9:11 9:37 9:52 10:12 10:59 11:11 11:23 11:28 11:42 11:46 at the time of writing this. I have received an average of 33 calls a day for 4 days. I?m fed up and I have found a place to file a complaint and hope everyone else will to.
WWW.FCC.GOV on the left side of the page near the bottom look for CONSUMER CENTER, the links are listed alphabetically, look for FILING COMPLAINTS then I used the Wireless tab. There is an online form that does ask for information the telemarketing company gives you, so I have to answer these jerks a couple of times before submitting the complaint form.
If they don?t want to be nice and remove our name and number from there list then f*k?um let them deal with the FCC. I hope they put these jerks in jail.

april 14 .. just got this call, obviously an offshore boiler room, they identified themselves as Global Rewards.  caller ID says MAG DISCOUNT.   normally would never speak to a person who calls me by my husbands name, but was just curious.   they had his name, our address, phone # and the last 4 digits of a credit card.  however, they got the type of card incorrect.  when questioned about the source of their information I was told they have hundreds of marketing partners, when i further questioned the 'supervisor', i was hung up on.  not until sitting here at the keyboard did i realize that over the weekend during two trips through the checkout at Lowe's with this credit card, we were asked to repeat the last four digits of the card.  will never answer that question again!

They called my cell phone on Saturday morning. I told them I was not interested. Since then (it's now Monday morning) they have called me 38 times. They have used several extensions starting with 978-570. They have also used more than one number starting with 603-214.
I have called back and given them the Do Not Call order at least 6 times. Now I am calling the Attorney General. This is harrassment.

This Number called me 21 times yesterday and no one will speak.  Please stop calling my phone now.

I am being harassed by the same people.  I am absolutely tired of their constant calling and when you do answer to talk to them, they make the situation even more frustrating.  As of right now, I am in the middle of typing up a detailed complaint and am going to call the BBB, FCC, and the FTC to see who, exactly, it is that these types of complaints are filed.  This is bull s*** that this is even happening and I refuse to have these scum ruin another one of my weeks.

COMPLETELY ANNOYING. they call my office all day long. I have asked each time to take me off their list and stop calling. They won't quit, they ask me why I am not interested in my free rewards gas $ or some other BS. When I tell them its none of their business and to stop calling or to let me talk to their supervisor, they tell me that they are the sup or GM and then hang up on me. Then it's all over again the next day. When they call tomorrow I am gonna tell them to stck it up their A@*. I am so tired of it. I wish they would go try and scam the people in their country from which they are calling from.

They have been calling all day! They had the last four of our cc number and our personal information these people won't quite calling! They call and if my  husband picks up they will hang up!

These people have been calling my husband's phone for two months now. They call a couple times a day. He started by being nice and just saying we are not interested. But they don't listen. It has gotten to the point where he yells to take us off their list, we are not interested, we know it's a scam... but they just keep going. They say we can get $120 gas card and they have the last 4 digits of our cc and keep asking to confirm our address. No matter what we say to these jerks, they just keep calling.

have called at least 3-4 times, each time I tell them I'm not interested and to take me off the list.  They are telling me I can get $120 in gas reqards and I tell them I do nto have a car but they do not stop.  They know the last 4 digits of my AMEX card number.

Got through to someone claiming to be Ron Allen from Ron Allen Enterprises. He went through his database and said there was no record of my number in their system. He said he put a block on my number just the same. I have no idea if my chain was getting jerked or if he was actually being helpful. Hard to know for sure.

Weird moments on the call:

1. "You realize we're a collections agency, don't you?" ? His comment to me when I first inquired about being telemarketed. Later I asked if he owned telemarketing firms, to which he said, "yes, we do." I'm not sure why he has short term memory loss about his own companies.
2. I asked him about his LinkedIn information (http://www.linkedin.com/companies/ron-allen-enterprises), to which he claimed ignorance. I asked him if he knew that when you type in "Ron Allen Enterprises" on Google, the LinkedIn information comes up first. He knew nothing about it, which I do not believe. Everyone who owns a company has Google themselves.

The calls started at 8:30 AM and I got 7 calls in 2 hours after finally answering I got a person and I asked them to take me off their call list.  Well then they started calling every 5 minutes after answering again I asked to be taken off the list again and the woman said no.  I've also called the number back to have my number removed and they said it takes 72 hours so hopefully that will work.

HAVE BEEN CALLING NON STOP FOR DAYS NOW. I SWEAR ITS EVERY 10 MINS, THEY'VE ALSO BEEN CALLING FROM 2 OTHER NUMBERS: (603)214-3346, (772)360-4608. i ANSWER AND THEY HANG UP, WHEN I CALL BACK I GET A STRANGE RECODING SAYING IF U DONT WANT PHONE CALLS ANYMORE PRESS 1 AND THEN IT HANGS UP ON ME AGAIN. THERE STILL CALLING NON STOP AFTER PRESSING 1 ON THE OPTIONS SEVERAL TIMES

This number has called me 8 times in the last five minutes. I answered once and asked them to stop calling but they just keep calling the number. I am waiting for another call so i can tell them to take my number off the list..
