I got a call from this number, but my caller ID said TN REMOVAL LIST..didn't answer, they didn't leave a message... I have had so many calls lately from different numbers but they are offering the same stuff each time.. sick of 4-5 calls a day from these scammers

I keep getting calls from these people - never answer, no message left.  Caller ID says "Retire."

Got a call from this number I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  Caller Id said Retire.  Who is this?

I keep getting a call from this phone number 978-570-2221 and they keep calling all day and all night and its starting to get annooying. When I answer all they do is hang up and I try calling it back but its an outomated message. And there is no way I can talk with anyone to have them stop calling.

I also received a call from this 978-570-2221 listed as TN REMOVAL LIST, stupid me I answered it. Some guy calling himself Den Smith claims I won a free $50 gift card?! He knew my address and told me I will receive it within 3-5 days. Yeah right!!!! These scammers dossen't realize there are people who work to hard and not foolish to believe they earn polnts from a company they never heard from. While he was b,s ing  I was checking the name of the company on the web, alot reports of being scammed came up on the report fraud page. Something uhn!?

call the # back and press 1 so they wont call u back

caller ID says "Loan Man"??? Why would a telemarketer call themself the loan man? Definately will not get an answer on my line!!

Called telling me I had won a free $200 gas gift card because I had shopped with their marketing partners. Would not give specific details.

Came across as service message...could hardly understand caller, offered $25 gift card and 50% discount card. All free, except for the $1 handling fee...when asked for credit card number and i refused, the guy got upset, told me my credit card number was public information and it wouldn't hurt to give it. I hung up, then his supervisor called back. When I told him i would not give my credit card number, he said "did I ask you for your credit card number? No, listen to me." Then he asked for my credit card number, and when I refused, he told me it wouldn't do anything to give the number, they couldn't use it without my permission. I refused again, and he informed me "You are in America correct? I think you ought to know I can't use that number without your permission." I told him off, and informed him not to call again, hanging up, but this is such a scam.

I reported them to the FCC and filed a complaint, I would advise everybody to do the same ASAP before this phone number goes dead. this phone number calls me 7 times a day literally every 55 minutes from monday - sunday. I will go after these people even if it costs me thousands of dollars of my money to get a point across.  Iam tired of this crap! and totally irritated with this white collar type crimes!

they call numerous times in 1 day, and i've asked them many times to sto calling.

Yes i received a call at 9:15am on 9-10-10 but said that I won a $50.00 gift card and his accent was like eastern india and I just told him i didnt have the time for his s*** and hung up.

This phone number has called me 5 times today.
Call 1: I didn't answer
Call 2: I answered and the line dropped (guess I didn't answer fast enough)
Call 3: a woman claiming she's from a company in Phoenix AZ (even though caller ID said Massachusetts) offering a free gift card. I told her I wasn't interested, she tried arguing with me asking how I couldn't be interested in a free gift card. I told her to remove my number and stop calling me.
Call 4: I didn't answer. I called the number back and received an automated message telling me to press 1 if I wanted my number removed from their list. I pressed 1.
Call 5: a man this time. I didn't give him time to start his speech. I explained that they had called me multiple times and I've asked twice for my number to be removed. He started arguing that there was no way the same number called me that many times today. I told him to remove my number and hung up.

Unfortunately I was so irritated by the last call, I was too quick to hang up. Now that I've had some time to calm down, I hope they call again. I'd like to get more information from them next time so I can report the harassment to the police.

Last call finally got irritated enough I asked for a manager. He just continued with the "sales pitch". Was told then that there was a small $1 S&H charge, but that I didn't have to pay for 3-5 days. Also kept trying to give me a confirmation number. Repeated insisted I didn't have to give a credit card number. Also insisted since he wasn't selling anything he wasn't a telemarketer. Also said his company "Benefit America" was based in Phoenix.

looks a lot like a SCAM, no idea how it works tho (might just be that I didn't get to the part where they need my bank account #).

Has called me repeatedly today, even after I asked not to be called again.  When they called this afternoon, I asked again to be taken off of the list, saying I had been called several times today and asked speak to a manager.  I was refused, saying I didn't have the right, then he hung up on me.

Someone from this number called again today.  From what I can understand thru the accent, is that I have been "chosen" to receive a $25 gift card. SCAM!!!!  

I  told them to stop calling but I doubt that will happen

Don't give out any information to this person.  He/She is only trying to take your money or steal your identity.

This is probably my fifth post since this morning. I just got a call from this number, as shown on caller id, again did not pick up the phone. I did a quick search on Zaba, the call originated from Wilmington, Massachussetts, and is a landline.

This number calls me about 2 X / day. I never answer and they never leave a message.
