this person is calling
i ask to be remobe from the list.
and i recive the call 2 time a day.

I am glad I chose not pick up after I read the nuisance that calls from this number have been to other.
There should be some way to cut telephone service off to these clowns. Oops, sorry wrong name - clowns are funny - these calls are not.

The recorded call says: "I'm with section 408, and I'm calling about the bailout program in your county.  There are a limited number of slots, so I've got to hear back from you today.  Just stay on the line and press 1 to be transferred."  Blah, blah, blah.

Amateur scam artists, incorrect caller ID (Register to vote? WTH?). Been calling here for over a year with fake car warranty scam, "lower your interest rate" scam, $300 gas card scam, etc. I blocked their number eight months ago yet they continue to waste their own time. Meh.

Tells you that you are elligible for the new individual bailout.  I hung up before he could say anything else.

Wrote the same post above, and they called again. Here's what the telemarketer said:

(First part got cut-off) "...that restructures your loan payments and reduces your mortgage balance to current market value. I need you contact me at (800) 790-4541 to reserve this bail out program for you immediately. We can reduce your loan balance down to current appraised value, but I need to hear back from you today. Once again, if you want to take advantage of this bail out program contact me at (800) 790-4541. Thank you."

And again, all said with an annoyingly calm, yet firm voice.

Keep receiving calls from this company and when you talk to them they just hang up on you.

I CALLED THAT # AND WAS IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECTED.

FIRST ANY TYPE OF TELEMARKETING CALLS ARE ALLOWED TO CALL ONCE A DAY. I CALLED THE # BACK AND THE VOICEMAIL IS FULL WE CAN TAKE A GANDER AS TO WHAT IT IS FULL OF. GO TO GOOGLE AND ENTER THE # SEE THE COMPLAINTS NEXT SINCE YA CAN'T CALL THEM BACK NOTIFY THE BBB. IF U ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AND THEY KEEP CALLING FILE A COMPLAINT THEN CALL THE BBB OF MA THEY SEEM TO BE OUT OF WILMINGTON. WHEN I ANSWERED THE PHONE AND THEY STARTED TO TALK MORTGAGE I SAID EXCUSE ME I HAVE NO MORTGAGE AND SHE HUNG UP THEN THEY CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER AND THEY JUST SAT THERE. WHEN THEY CALLL TRY TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND SEE WHERE YOU GET. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR THE NAME OF A COMPANY AND THE PHONE # DOES NOT MATCH AND THE DO NOT CALL LIST IS AVAILABLE TO THESE PEOPLE EVERYDAY AT 8AM I LOVE TELLING THEM THAT

LOL -- I called the (800) 790-4541 and bugged them like they are bugging me...!!!  LOL

Well - now, it's saying to reserve your spot for the government bailout....!!!!  So, they are saying all types of things.  And, the awful part -- you can't get a person because I sure want to curse them out!!!

1 978 570 2278 is calling with a computer generated voice saying to reserve your spot for a government bailout!  THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!!!!

But, TRUST ME!  I'm going to find a way to make this s*** stop!!!!

They left a message on my virtual line. So I have it recorded. Here's what the guy says word-for-word:

No opt out number, and when I connected to a live representative, she answered "Mortgage Repair, how may I help you?" I said I'd like to be removed from the call list and she actually grunted and hung up on me.

I have no mortgage; I don't own my home, and the person who does doesn't have a mortgage.
