Been getting calls from this number also. Finally took call and it was exactly the same as above; a telemarketing recording offering healthcare membership cards.

Pressed 2 to supposedly be transferred to a live person for removal from list, but this was automated also. Let's see if it worked.

Definitely not comcast as this happened to a Verizon number.

Got a call from this number just now 3/25/11, 11:09 AM

Didn't answer, automated message left exactly as follows (beginning of message appears to have been cut off):

"...dental and vision care needs.  To enroll now to activate your membership card, press 1.  Enrolling today will also entitle you to our national discount prescription card, where you'll find up to 60% savings on all of your prescription and medication needs.  This program has never been offered in your area so it's urgent that you enroll today as new memberships are limited to the low monthly rate of only $49 per month. please press 1 now to enroll. Or press 2 to be transferred back to a live agent and be removed from our calling list."

I somehow doubt pressing 2 would remove me from anything, they both probably enroll me anyway, knowing the shady things telemarketers do.  There was no company name or any identifying information in the message.

Even these parasites will be busy but sometime the number will ring and something like 'if you do not want to receive future calls press 1'

I got a call from this number and when I tried to call it back all I got was a busy signal. How do you block these calls. I have been getting a lot of them lately and I'm sick of it! I dont want any of what they are selling!!!

idk you never know.. they just might be doing that and thats messed up.

How do they get my number to even call....is comcast selling our information?

This number is for a telemarketer, you can take your number off of their calling list by calling their number and pressing 1.
