Caller asked if I was using AutoCAD software.

autodesk.......gary selling software..calls a few times....

calls EVERY day at 11am on-the-dot.  never a message.

I've also had a call from this same number, and they hung up when I answered. I called the number back and received an "Out of service" message. I noticed the number is from Mass. Not sure if that means anything.

Had a voice message from this number. Nothing was said on message.

Could these calls be from some one at Autodesk looking for people who may have bought and or sold their softwear without their permission, kinda like pirate copies or resale of all ready liscenced software?.....strange call They hug up on me too after confirming my name by asking for me.

I recieved a call on my cell phone and the person asked if my name was joe. I said yes and then he hung up on me. What does this call mean. Anyone know? Who is this making the call.

I finally was able to answer when I got a call from this number. It was someone from AutoDESK calling about a free conference I had inquired about on the website for one of their products (inventor). He asked me some questions about the company I work for and said a dealer would be in touch with me shortly to set things up. He asked things like what area my company was in (manufacturing, engineering, etc) and if I was the decision maker or influencer.

Has called 4 days in a row now, phone only rings two times and when I try to call it back it says the number I have dialed is out of service.

I answered with my company greeting and whoever it was hung up immediately.

It is autodesk - they are trying to sell new versions of their software.  Autodesk Map and AutoDesk Guide 3D.

I got the same call,,,,kinda. Some one called ask for me by first name only and then hung up when I replied this is.

The link to Autocad or Autodesk is interresting. Are they looking for people who may have sold or purchased software illeagally? Strange situation

Caller asked for "Barry."  When I told him he had the wrong number, he said thanks and hung up.

2nd call of the day, 5:15 p.m.  Rang twice and hung up...This time Caller ID said Unknown Caller and then, Lawrence, MA.

Phone rang twice just now, 10:30 a.m....then they hung up...no message left on answering machine ..it didn't have time to pick up...

I got a call on my cell, didn't answer and they didn't leave a voice-mail.  Has anyone called back the number?  You get a "Number no longer in service message".

Said he was Mark from Autodesk marketing re: software.

some REAL LIVE PERSON called me on my pilot number (ends in X000) and asks "what company is this" - don't know if they are shopping around for phone numbers ending in 000 or what.  When I aksed who he was, he hung up.
