this man keep calling my job heis really rude called me all kinds of bi****s even said my mom. he keeps calling my job tieing up the switch board. he is one nasty rude man from another country...

Someone named Patrick called me on my cell phone, and pretended to be security at my job. When he called, the phone number came up as my job on the caller ID. He pretended to be security personnel at my job, and said that someone was calling my job, and was holding up the lines there, and they were claiming I was being sued. This "Patrick" said to call this number, 978-666-0759, and talk to Eric, and just give them what they want so they can stop calling my job. So, I said, ok I will get to the bottom of this so let me call you back in about 5min. This dummy, Patrick, kept calling back from my work number, and knew something was wrong. I called the manager at my job to see if they had someone by the name of Patrick in security, and they said they do not have anyone by that name on staff. I filed a report with the FTC already. If anyone knows of any other legal agency that I can report these people to, then please let me know. Thanks.

i am having to get a lawyer because of thees people calling my work yelling and cussing at my work. when it tried talking to them they would give me no information who they were and no address. only the debtor were the issue started. that i admit is a mess up and needs to be cleared up.
however i am no paying dime to anyone calling me work and telling my receptionist "she is a w***e" and that was the nicest word they used. this has been going on forever. i finally had to call a lawyer today i cannot take it any more!

Miss Johann I called the company that owns the number 978-666-0759. The man to speak with is Daniel Meldazis at Peerless Network and the number is 312-506-0933. I did my own little investigation!!!

Get calls everyday, every minute and every second. I work for a medical practice and I have asked Jeffrey Scott and others from this number to stop calling but they still call. I have filed a police report, a report with the FBI, a report with the FCC and FTC for phone harassment. They have made threats such as blowing up the building where I work and using profanity also may I add explicit language. They say that they are DFF investigation that works with the FBI....someone needs to find these people.

You are already aware that they are frauds so further elaboration on that is unnecessary. What you can do is tell him that you know that he's a fraud. And that he's not getting a dime.
If that fails, here's a tactic that may work. It requires some practice and preparation, but will do the trick.
Have your receptionist answer the phone as follows; "One moment please, your call is being forwarded to (pause) Interpol (pause) Division of Internet Fraud. (pause) Please hold, your call is important to us...."
He probably won't stay on "hold" long.

I'm a receptionist, and a thick accent asking to speak with one of my employees. When I did not comply, I was threatened that he would "shoot a gun into [your] head", that the calls would not stop, that he would "blast this business". He gave the phone number 978-666-0759 and claimed that he worked at a "legal investigation department in Boston, Mass" but the number appearing on my phone screen was 858-412-4011. He called back 10 times in a period of 2 minutes, screaming for us to transfer to the employee. We ended up calling the police and filing a report, and then blocking the number. It's not just annoying, but also very scary. I understand now that they are a hack collections agency that bully people into giving money. Unacceptable.

Eric Truner - obviously an indian has called the office more than 100 times in the last 2 hrs.  Several of us have spoken to him.  He usually has a very poor connection & speaks with a heavy accent. He asks for one person, (he eventually got on the phone with him)...promises to call all day until 5pm.

The number doesn't come up through Caller ID, but they give you the 978-666-0759 to callback. They all use European names but speak with an east indian accent. It is reportedly a company called DFF threatening to file a lawsuit for an unpaid payday loan from Cash Advance. They hang up if you ask for details and proof of debt. But have continually tried to call my employer for no reason other to harrass and embarrass me. TOTAL SCAM.

Who is behind this number??

I've been getting these phone calls for the past week and its the same thing. thick indian accent with a "Generic American name" demanding to speak with my sister. He's threatened me with the FBI and charging me $250,000.  I spent all morning yesterday tracking down the company in boston who gives out the telephone number and they said they cant do anything about it because they're in boston and i'm in new jersey. So then, i had to call up verizon have them show me how to block the number...They started calling me from another number.

So, I finally started answering the phone in spanish, pretending not to speak a word of engilsh. He started getting angry and very low, he started cursing me out. He called 2 more times just to curse me out.

If you get fired there are 1000 lawyer's ready to take your case. Does the company you work for not have a legal division? Go see them. You are being scammed, & you can't be fired for that.

You mean to tell me that your employer would threaten to fire you over some scammers from India who are deliberately doing it to embarass and pressure you?  I would recommend that you discuss this with your employers just to make sure that they are aware of the situtation,  that you are a victim,  and this is a common tactic used by the India thugs.  I would give them a written letter from me stating these facts,  advising them that this is for your own protection so that they will know the situation.  Then if they fire you,  they are not worth working for......then sue their ASSets for unlawful termination.   I would never let those Boiler Room Camel Humpers in India scare or scam me...

Received threatening phonecalls.....calling my work repeatedly which btw is a hospital....screaming and cursing at our e r staff. He alsi threatened to blow up the whole place and make me bleed from my ears.I guess I irritated him. Heavy indian accent.
