I just called the 1-800 number noted above.  The "patient care advocate" tried to help, but said that she did not have my phone number in her system, and without the birth date of the person the messages are for, she could not look up the account.  So.... no help whatsoever.

Express Scripts has a problem with wrong numbers being dialed. You need to call 1-800-451-6245 and tell the "Patient Care Advocate" that you want them to submit a WRONG NUMBER FORM. These folks are not very helpful and insist on a getting your ID number, which of course, you  will not have if you are not one of ther customers. In whihc case you should be getting calls from them telling you you prescriptions have been mailed.

I just did this and it took two guys 17 minuets and 48 seconds To put a note on the account that the number was wrong. Who knows it if will actually stop the automated text's and calls...

I find their calls amusing, they call me, but then they say to protect my privacy i have to answer a bunch of questions about myself, hey, you called me.

I guess they havent done anything about this problem. I got a call today from Beverly from this number.

The phone number is from Express Scripts.. If you have an order that needs to be filled by you, they usually call to remind you

I've gotten several calls from this person.  I don't know anyone by that name.
