This caller had my name and phone number and wont stop calling

yeah fh cann assoc. called my wife asking for someone name shannon and then asked for me, gave here a hard time when she asked what this was all about

appeared to be a debt collector, no website to trace the name

They call me about my ex sister in law who I have not seen or spoken to in 14 years.  They lie and say they have evidence she lived here.  She has never lived with me and never will.  I would have helped them find her, but I hate being lied to and being harrassed.  Not everyone they call are the actual debtors.

just got a call from them no company name only phone number showed up on my caller ID I don't answer numbers I don't know unless they leave a message. I just check the numbers here. We don't owe anyone so I am not going to lose any sleep over them.

This number just called me.  I did not answer.  I am also DNC list.  I have no idea who these idiots are.  I have never been behind on a bill.

I called them and actually got to speak to a lady (after 1-2 transfers) who said I would NOT be called again.

These annoying calls stopped about one week and they started again!

I expected Obama to put an end to things like this but he was just another double speaking politician....

Called from 978-725-6663.....Have called 11 times in last three weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All hours of the day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After an  internet search for this number, came up  with number as a  "Commercial Collection Agency" associated with or named "Burnstein & Burnstein, Inc.".  They have continually called our home SEVERAL times (at 7:45 am, 6:30 pm, 8:15 pm, etc). Saturdays & Sundays, as well.
They will not identify themselves or why they are calling or even who they want to talk to.  We have tried to request our name be removed from their list & that we WILL report them to the "ANNOYANCE BUREAU" & THE FEDERAL DO NOT CALL COMPLAINT LIST, but they hang up on us before can can finish sentence.  
We are paying our local service $6.50 every month for an unlisted number & it's ridiculous that this company is allowed to continue to harass innocent people who don't owe a dime or have outstanding debt. We are also not a "business or corporation".  This is a residence. They try to target strangers or relatives with the same last name in hopes to get in touch with the right person.
If you do not owe money to anyone & you are sure, or if you are not a business or company you have rights.  Register with the FEDERAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY but the state you live in also has a "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY".  Do both!
We are going to try to BLOCK their number & submit complaints with our (STATE) DO NOT CALL LIST, the FEDERAL DO NOT CALL LIST & the ANNOYANCE BUREAU and try to get our number removed!  Hopefully, these call will STOP!

I am assuming that this organization has previously assigned telephone numbers, because I just got this telephone and the first call I got was from this collection agency. I do not answer numbers I am not familiar with, so just googled and found this site. I have no debts, so the person that held this particular number or close derivative must have owed someone.

Received a call - didn't answer - they left message.  It was F.H. Cann but they were calling to verify employment of a former employee.  All they asked was if he was still in our employ (no) and how long ago was he terminated.  Very pleasant.

I do not know these people.

Got a call from FH Cann today with a real twist.  Caller said they had been trying to reach a neighbor for days and their phone continuously returns a busy signal (does that even exist with ubiquitous call waiting?). Caller was very concerned (implying they were worried about my neighbors safety) and could I take down their number and get my neighbors to call them back.  Of course I immediately googled the number and found this forum.  I'm sure they'll call me back, I'm thinking of building an elaborate time wasting plan for them to follow.

You CAN record any phone conversation you want All you have to do is tell who ever is calling that the call is being recorded for your safety if they don't want to be recorded then please hang up.  That should tell you if they are legit or not

At 8:45 AM I rec'd a call I refused to identify my self they cal ed on my cell phone I am on the do not call list.   will immediately be sending them a cease a desist letter.  It came up a Northhampton Massachusetts on my phone They refused to identify themselves I refused to identify myself

SCAM ARTISTS NOT DEBT COLLECTORS ( not legal collectors )

After receiving several harassing phone calls on my cell from FH Cann & Associates; asking for someone whom I have no knowledge of, I downloaded an app called Mr. Number and added their number to the spam list. Now when they call, the app automatically and immediately drops the call. This agency should get their facts straight before they call someone claiming money is owed.

They keep calling saying it's an important business matter and will not give me any information I told the person they are looking for no longer lives here and he wanted another phone number and I refused

This is a fraudulant "agency". I don't owe anyone any money, pay all my bills as they come due, and certainly don't owe any federal monies anywhere....I just moved to a new state. I think they just go down the phone book. Again, it's fraud and not a real company.
