This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Aplied for online loans....never e-signed documents.  They claim I took out loan....have been receiving threatening phone calls on home and work telephone line. Closed personal bank account for moneys being automatically debited...FRAUD....SCAM!!!!!  Have been told I have a warrant and am being investigated by FBI.....Seriously.....WOW!!!!  Avoid any online loan applications...nothing but scams and future harrasment. and names of callers Marcus Wilson, Julio Guevera, David Miller...among others to BBB as well as the Federal Trade Commission. Not only is this embarrasing, it is nerve wrecking and stressful knowing that someone has all my personal information and will go as far as trying to get me fired just to collect some money that is not even owed to them.

Ok.. I got calls from these jack***'s and they even tied up all lines in my office. Called and spoke to a very nice man Dan who is Pearless Communications and they have pulled this number from them. He knows its a scam and said they probably will still call on different numbers but for today..they have stopped for me. Grrrr. so disgusting that they get away with such crap just because they are in India  ( Boston ..ha !)

That's currently happening to a co-worker at our company. How did you en up resolving this issue? Verizon and NYPD's hands are tied.

I have received harassing calls and so has my employer. I applied for a few loans and never followed up. I invited him to my house. Got a big Texas welcome for that douche.

They are harrassing my employees at work and calling my phone.

They are calling our office and verbally harrassing our entire office.

I also have received this call from this number and yesterday he talked to our head hr person and he said some nasty things to her that were sexual so today i called him like my employer askes me to doto get information that she needed.  Then he got really nasty to be and told me to blow it out of my a$$. Then he hung up on me.  He also treaten to fire me.

It is a man with a heavy Indian or Middle Eastern accent that claims I owe money from a payday loan (which I did not take out) and that there is a lawsuit against my social security number.If I do not agree to pay the loan he will continue to call my work and get me fired. At this point he is true to his word on that point. He is calling my work at 30 times a day.  it is tying up business lines and is so frustrating. My Employer is getting very frustrated, although I intend to let him know of this Fraudelant issue tomorrow. I would appreciate someone tracing or whatever you do to help me put a stop to this.

Everyone at my work knows the situation and realizes it's a scam, however, it is tying up business lines and is so frustrating. He is using expletives with any person who answers and making threats to blow up our place of business. When I told him I had Googled his name and number and found he was a scam he stopped calling for about 4 days. He began calling my work again yesterday under a new name, David Miller, and a new number 978-867-0029. I have reported him to the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, my local police, the FBI and my state's attorney general. It is scary that they have all of my personal information and are so persistent in their attempts to get money out of people. BEWARE of this number and many others associated with a phone scam to get money out of honest people.
