We've had the same problem. Person they're looking for was a tenant four years ago. Person claims to have spoken with XS a number of times...to get our number off their profile. When I've repeatedly spoken with XS, I've been told I can't have the number removed from their system because I don't have the authority. My husband spent 45 minutes on the phone about six weeks ago...being transferred (supposedly) higher and higher up the chain. He threatened suing for harassment. No more calls...for six weeks...yay...until yesterday...and twice today. Grrrrrr! I agree with the post with all the ****** Stop calling my damn phone!

I have received hundreds of calls from this number and it's always an automated voice asking for a specific name of a man regarding a prescription. By the way, the man they are calling for has never been connected with me in any way. The system asks me if I am this man and I say NO, then it asks me if I would be willing to take a message for this man and I say NO. I have had this phone for three years and am fed up with it. I've called Express Scripts so many times it's ridiculous and they always tell me the same thing.......we've noted our system and you will not receive any more calls from Express Scripts. Then two days later I get more calls. I contacted my cell phone company and they tell me that I can add a feature to block them for $4.95 per month, but they are the only ones that repetitively call and harass me so I don't want to pay a fee for one company. And my cell phone company says the other option is that I can change my cell phone number and I don't want to do that either. I just want Express Scripts to stop calling me. The numbers that show up on my caller id are: 978-712-7840, 978-867-5303 and just recently they started calling me from 978-993-1267.

after doing a reverse number look up I found that the caller is a government contracted compoany that delivers drugs to military and retirees. The problem is that as soon as you pick up the phone and before you can get it to your ear a rebotic voice starts to speak and thesound quality is so poor that the robotic voice cant be heard. The first thing I heard was someone askifor mydate of birth. I dont give personel information over the phone unless I know who it is and certinally to no robotis messsage sender. Ig If you contact them tell them to use email or get a system that can be understoof.
