This phone number shows up on caller id regularly. They are Phishing. If you answer or call back your number is live and will receive more targeting.

This must be a new twist on the bogus bill collector scheme that was going around the northlands 6 months ago. They are robo calling to see who bites by calling back then they know it's a live line and will target it for more. If you don't know the number let the machine take it. If it is a friend then pick it up.

I get these daily too. When I answer there is nobody there. I was really getting sick of the calls so I finally called it back. I got a message saying "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line for the next available operator.". It hung up on me after about 6 minutes.

All caller ID says is Texas. Calls at least once a day.
