Received a call from this number, No one there and then hung up.  Annoying sales call I am sure

Keep getting phone calls from this number, you answer they hangup. When you call back, you get to listen to a recording about being behind on your mortgage, then press 1 and 1 again to talk to someone. When a person comes on the line if you ask them why they keep calling you they hangup. Then when you tell them you want to listen to what they have to say and then you tell them you have no mortgage and why do they call, they hangup again.It would be nice if they quit calling.

Says they are a mortgage refinance company and when I told them to stop calling they hang up on me. They are calling a business number and I have never called anyone about refinancing anything.  Annoying.

Jusr got our first. I blocked them. But our old mortgage company does the same thing all the time. They are also located in Texas.

Bay City TX is REALLY annoying! The usual hang up. Just for S&G'S I tried to call back, but there was nothing but dead air. Figures. WHAT DO THEY WANT??? This was on 6/19/12 @ 2:40 PM CT on a Landline. As I say: DNC & Unlisted don't mean squat to these leeches!

I keep getting calls from this number and it says LBI chemical-I looked up this company and it went bankrupt in a reorganization. I think it is a spoof where they take one number and put it on caller ID but are calling from another. They are not LBI chemical -this is FRAUD. They know they are calling people on do not call list and they are also trying to scam people to refinance~ Do not give them any personal information. They are frauds.

I have learned to do what it takes for a live person. at that time state "by law you are violating the automatic stay of chapter 13 (or 7) stop calling.... Do this even if you havent filed... Usually they will hang up with no more calls to you. Good luck!

This is ridiculous! I get hang ups from the A**les at least 3 times a Week! Today: 6/14/12 @ 3:22 PM CT on a Landline. On DNC & Unlisted but they persist. WHY can't they scram?

This company calls at least once a day. There is never anyone on the line. I am on the no-call list. PROSECUTE!

If you didnt hear the entire recording how could you assume its a scam. I dont like the call either but Im not going to slam someone without knowing the facts. maybe you are a scam and  by posting. Maybe the company fired you and nopw you are trying to do harm.

Same here...go to www.fbi.gov.org to report them to the FBI.  There's a form called "IC3" which you fill out.  They don't usually do much, but if enough people report these clowns, maybe they will.  Good luck!

Repeated recorded calls regarding new goverment backing to refiance your home. Yesterday I finally picked the option to be connected to a person. Told them I was on the 'do not call' registry and to remove my name. She said they would, but got another call today. This time it cut off before I could get a person... The 'do no call' registry says to keep track of when you asked them to remove your number and report after 30 days...

I asked them to remove me the person saying he was supervisor said Im not specail AND THEN PROCEDDED TO USE PROFANITY> THESE GUYS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

ID says LBI Chemical but the recorded message is about refinancing a loan. I block these numbers but I don't know how many my phone can block. This stuff really sucks!

It's 2 in the morning where I live & they still CALL, CALL, CALL..  I am so sick of these f****rs.

I'm soooooo tired of them calling and calling....then when you talk to a person and tell them to quit calling you they hang up on  you, BUT KEEP ON CALLING!!!!!!!!!

I got 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes, the third time I got concerned so I picked up.  It was just annoying spam.  Now 2 hours later, I've gotten another 3 calls in the past 3 minutes!

It is literally ringing as I am typing this for the 4th time in 6 minutes!!

Must be a way to stop this....

Says "Bay City, TX", no caller ID company though.
