Yes, another Craiglist scammer.  This scam is an attempt to convince you that you have been paid for goods and then you ship the device away.  It turns out that the money isn't real, and a few days later the bank and/or the police knock on your door wondering how you're involved in a money laundering scheme.  You end up with nothing except a bad reputation with your bank and/or the police.
