Called several times over last week. Foreign language, sounds perhaps indian. Say hallo hallo and then speak in foreign language

Called right before I was going to wake up for work at around 6:45am. They said "hello" in waht seemed like a chinese dialect and then spoke in another language I didn't understand. I ung up and they called me back right away, so I knew it wasn't a wrong number or an accident.
