The telemarketer who is laughing at you took a wrong turn in life. See while you were out making your life better they can only work a job that their fat ugly slug like appearance won't be a distraction.

Now it's very important that you do exactly as I say. When these pathetic losers call you, remember time is money, the more time of theirs you waste, the less profitable they are. Your job is to keep them on the line as long as possible then when you can go no more laugh in their ear and cream telemarketer rodeo, the one who keeps them on the line the longest wins. (my personal best is 19 minutes and 32 seconds, he was extremely upset which made me laugh even more.

same number has been calling here. When i answer it no ones on the other end..or they hang up.. We are with AT&T

Person wanted to know if I was disabled. And if i was he would help me get benefits. SCAM!!!!

STOP CALLING

Strange the same thing just happened to me on a very new charter number.

I received a call from this number earlier today. The man calling asked if I was S. S. Nye. This was strange to me because the phone number he called is only 5 days old, which we got through Charter. I had not connected a phone to the outlet until today and have not shared this number with anyone because I couldn't even remember the number. He told me his name, which I don't remember, said who he was with Claim Assistance Group and asked me several strange questions, one of which waas whether I or anyone in my family had ever had a hip replacement or had hip surgery. I answered "no" to all the questions and hung up.

As I thought about the call, it began to bother me that he knew my name. I checked the phone number, did a reverse lookup and found the phone number was issued in Amite or Independence, Louisiana, it is a landline and there was no name associated with it. I then called the number and a recording answered as "Claim Assistance Group." The recording said to press 1 if I wanted to be added to their "Do Not Call List" or 2 if I wanted to speak to a customer service representative. I pressed 1 and gave my phone number so I could be deleted from their call list. Still it bothered me that they knew my name so I called the number and selected 2 for customer service, which then gave me a busy signal every time I tried to call them. I was going to ask how they were able to get my new phone number along with my name, but could'nt get them to answer.

I then did a search for the company name in that area...went to BBB online and did a search, but found nothing. I called Charter to see if they share the information with anyone and was assured that they don't give out personal information to anyone. The Charter agent was very gracious and gave me a new phone number, so I'm okay with that. But the whole call was strange, questionable and I think it should be investigated.
