My caller ID said THIBODAUX, LA and the number.  Since I never answer any call from a location, area code, company, organization, or person I don't recognize, I just let it ring.  I'm on the National Do Not Call registry but these people don't abide by it because they know no one is doing anything to stop them.

Caller ID seems to be the only true defense.  It's getting to the point that I answer only about 1 out of every 25 or 30 calls I receive each week.

This number has been calling my wife non stop and when she answers all she hears is heavy breathing or them harassing her.

Could it be Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobil, etc. hoping some people will answer, exceed their plan minutes and pay $0.45 per minute in overage charges?

I have been receiving occasional and unwelcome calls from this phone number, identified to be a telemarketing firm in Hammond, LA.  These calls and unsolicited and unwelcome, and I am requesting that I be removed from this company's caller list.

Called me today and claimed to be calling for the Republican Party.  When I told the guy to stop calling me, he got very snotty and rude.

I think this is just one of the many numbers used by an entity called Card Services. If they get you on the phone (or they will sometimes leave a voicemail), they will tell you that you can combine your credit cards and reduce your interest rates. They are no way connected to your credit card companies. The FCC told me not to answer the phone, if I happen to accidentally, hang up and don't push any of their prompts, as that just tells them that you answered and they'll keep on doing it. The FCC told me it's a scam.

Political Action Call about foreign aid and giving F-16's away to Israel or something.  Hung up on the guy.

I just called this number back and got "Beep Beep Beep We're sorry the number you have reach has been disconnected or is no longer in service, if you feel this recording in error please hang up and try again."

Suspect who ever was calling did a telephone number spoof.

Getting so tired of these telemarketing,it gets so upsetting to just keep getting them!

Repeated calls from this number. WHY?

Got call this afternoon from this number; when I answered, I got silence followed by a click.  I get multiple calls per day from different "out of area" numbers.  Usually, I answer but hang up without saying anything, hoping it might help stop the calls.  This sucks...I'm going to get rid of my phone.

How can these calls be stopped?

Got a call from this number Jan 1. Did not answer, they left no message and the call ID told me nothing other than the number itself.

whoever iscalling is spoofing to this number 985-633-4267 not in service. The way around it is to run your regular number through a 800 number service so it strips away all the fake stuff. When you get the real info prosecute.

Got call on 12/27...didn't answer as I didn't recognize...but tried return call and once it was dead air...other time said it was an out of service number....

I got a call from this number and while the phone number was my cell phone, they asked for my husband.  Just then my battery died.  Karma!
