the number 989-224-1811 calls several times a week to point its harassing and I have to turn my phonreoff

I have been getting a call from this number latley. once around 5pm and once after 9pm. who ever it is is not leaving a message. the only message that was left was background noise. no one talking just background noise. they are calling my cell and it is on the do not call list. i don't owe anyone money that i am aware of.  i would just like to know who the heck this is.i answered once and they hung up.

You probably OWE MONEY and a DO NOT CALL list doesn't matter with that, friend!

Non stop calls even when paying off debt to hospital.  The Hospital should know about they try to double collect on their debt.  Unpleasant and rude at times - insisting on payments more than double beyond my ability to pay and still put food on the table.

This is a company who is attempting to collect on some sort of medical bills however since I was not the person they were looking for (and didn't know her,) they couldn't give me any other info. They are excellent about removing your contact info from their database however if they have the wrong person so if that's the case, just politely inform them they have the wrong person and you *shouldn't* be contacted again. :-)  

PS- they are very friendly...but they also had the wrong phone number so no guarantees if you actually owe the debt :-)

im guessing im getting this call because a hospital wants there 1600 dollars and im paying each money just not what they want.  in this economy who has that kind of money sitting around especially in michigan.  hospitals shouldnt send debts right to debt collectors after just a month and perhaps they should work with people that want to pay their bills and go after the ones that dont pay anything!!!  i know its my debt to pay and it will be paid off.

This is a collection agency so you might want to resolve your debts with them.  That's probably the easiest way to get calls to stop.

Message left on answering machine said call 800-277-5722  but caller ID did show call came from "989-224-1811  Michigan Call".  Said please call the 800# & give them reference# xxxxxx.   I have no idea why this place is calling us.

They called my # looking for my Mother, didnt say what they wanted and I didnt offer them any information!!!!!

They told me they were in Lansing, and they are harassing me and they are asking for someone else.

I get the same woman leaving the exact same message, VERBATEM, for my bro on my cell voice mail a few times a week for about a year. Today I picked up and said Hello?, she proceeded to leave the same message right to ME!!! So i called her out and asked her, "are you REALLY leaving a message with me!?, I'm a real person." She went silent. I then asked why she was leaving massages for someone else on MY phone. She said she would remove my number...... Stupid a**!!!!!!

This number is for debit collection.

I got a call from this creep that works for Lansing Business professionals using the above number.  He left a cal back number of 1800 227 5722 and said it was urgent that we talk.


This is the same guy that I told to stop calling my work number at least 6 or 7 times in the past year.

How can I stop these people I just went through a divorce and I am financially devastated!
