SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! These shysters are NOT calling from Windows. Even if they tell you they know your windows registration ID and IP address. Even if they have your name and physical address, windows technical support will  NEVER call you this way. There is likely nothing wrong with your computer (just be sure to have a reliable antivirus program installed.)

Following the steps they prescribe will give them access to your computer, and allow them to install malicious software, which they'll then charge you to remove! Do NOT follow their instructions! Do not give them any information, or confirm information they already have!

These people call at least 2x per day . The DNC list means nothing !!! Just block the calls and
do not pick up the phone.

A man called had a foreign voice and did not seem to understand english,, until I called him an idiot.  told him I was on the no call list but he just kept telling me something about our computer. Oh! and he kept saying that he was not idiot.  I finally just hung up on him, he would not stop saying that he was not an idiot and I was.   How do you keep these people from calling? I am on the no call list. a lot of good that does, they don't care. i have reported calls to the national call people and nothing is ever done about it.

Scammers trying to get what they can.  Yes' we're on the "Do Not Call List", but government is too busy giving money out to another 35 million illegal aliens rather than enforce the laws of the U.S.

I got a call from this number at 7:07 central time this morning. The do not call list does not seem to work with these scum balls. I appreciate all the comments.

I just got a call from them.  I am on the do not call list and don't understand why I get these calls.  What good is the dnc list

I keep getting calls from this number.  They hang up when I pick up. They call at least two or three times a day.  

I got the same call today.  Nobody here to answer when they called, and they did not leave a message on the machine.  Caller ID shows Bad Axe, MI.  I did a reverse lookup on www.411.com and it shows Terry A. Soper and Vicki L. Soper, 2140 Ivanhoe Rd, Bad Axe, MI.  I never heard of these people.

I want the people who call from this number to be reported to the authorities.  How can I do that?

There already are devices and phones on the market. Just google call blocking devices.. Most are around 60.00 and can block up to 1500 numbers with some whole area codes.

They called me just before 7:28 p.m. EST. After seeing Bad Axe, MI on the caller ID I immediately picked up after one ring and they hung up just as I said stop calling you B*st*rds! I swear to GOD, the people who create a device or service that lets WANTED calls through and reject unwanted calls will be trillionaires!!!! Get on it please! The phone companies don't care, we need someone hungry for money to eliminate these harassing calls.

THEY CALLED HERE AT 8;15 A.M. Telemarketers are not supposed to call before 9;00 a.m.. and if the person is on the DO NOT CALL LIST?not at all.

   I have received as many as 12 calls a day  from telemarketers and other crooks.?that's why I have 2 call blockers working for me.  Calling that early in the morning  could wake up folks who work nights.  This is an evil industry and wish more of them would get fined for ignoring the "Do Not Call List:"

Same thing.  Someone with an accent from India saying that I needed to go to my computer and find the windows key.  Uh, hello stupid...I have a mac.  Jackholes preying on innocent people.

they called again to day telling me they are with windows operating systems and my computer is sending out an alert message that my computer has a virus and they need me to turn on my computer and give them access to my computer never give some one access to ur computer these people are thieves trying to get ur info off of ur computer

telling me there is something wrong with my computer i am so sick of these people praying on people and there money  i hope they rot in hell

989-269-9645 is obviously a robo-dialer, as shown by the Vnnnnnnn caller id, which is meant to hide the real caller's identity.
After two calls from them with no message left, they are going on the black list.
