Caller ID said "Preferred Systems".  They call several times, I do not recognize the name, number, or area code, so I never pick up.  They never leave a message.  A Google search results in a white pages listing that gives the number as a landline belonging to "Holly Carlisle" in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.  Hey, Holly, if your number was spoofed, I suggest you get a new one.  If not, you're a pain in the rear & I hope you choke.  Either way, I'm reporting the number to the FTC.  It might not do any real good, but it makes me feel better.  

This is the Kirby Co, and its a lady that will not leave you alone, she is pitching "FREE CARPET CLEANING" well ALL knows what that freaken means.  I hate that they can blow up your phone like that.

Yes they ARE sales calls and they will drive you nuts until you tell that lady to stop freaken calling you!

I've gotten calls twice already today from "Preferred Systems" at 989-317-0607. Someone above mentioned Kirby. I have gotten onto their phone lists in the past by someone referring me, so it could be them again. I have told them to take me off their list in the past.

Received a call from this # yesterday (10.22.2012), no message. "Preferred Systems" was on my caller I.D.

Did not answer this call.  Obvious telemarketer.  I've been on the Federal "Do Not Call" list from its inception, but everyone knows it is a joke!  The only way to stop unwanted calls is to get a phone (or carrier) that lets you block them.  Panasonic markets such a phone.  (I have no connection with Panasonic.)

I also got a call from Preferred Syste number 989-317-0295, called it back thinking it might be about a job, lady answered said it was Kirby Vacuum co!  I said is this a sales call? she said no, what's your name, I hung up.

Caller ID said "Preferred Systems".  Called this number back (to inform them of the 1992 Telephone Protection Act)but there was no answer.
