Last week I recieved a call from this message from this indian guy. He connected me to another guy and this guy said He had in his hand an affadavit which I signed that I own a loan. I kept ask him that he need to fax me a copy of that, he didn't give me a straight answer and ask whether I work at that place ( somehow he knows my work place address). So I hung up on him and the Indian guy called me back and left a message on my cell. I was really scare so I run to my attorney office and one of the lay over there said I should not worry about that because she was getting the same message few months ago. She checked the 213 number that the Indian guy ask me to call back. The number is not belong to any collection agency or valid company. I just received two messages from them today, I deleted it. I am online to check see what is the deal with it. I wish I haven't delete it so I can report to the police.

Called saying his name was Chris Cooper and that I owed his client money and that if I didn't pay now I would be arrested.  The guy sounds like he is from India and when you ask for his supervisor the next guy is Mike Anderson and he sounds like he is from India also.

The caller was rude and obnoxious and just like everyone here they threaten to sue me, at first I was scared until my wife who is hip to scams, asked if I owed anyone money I told her of course not, when we tried to call the 102-855-1013 number back the call could not be completed.., they gave me another # to call 310-508-1768 I couldn't believe my ears not only did they sound like the same person, the accent was deep I could hardly understand... They kept hanging up on me I kept calling them until my calls were no longer being answered, so u called from my wife's phone and this is when the call was finally answered... I tried to get information pertaining to the so called money that was deposited into my account they didn't even know which account it went in.... He said I should be getting my summeons for court 08/03/09 I can't wait, I'm looking forward to this, they have screwed with the wrong person

My husband just recieved a call from the same # 102-855-1013 stating that he owed $350 plus intrest which total to $1000 plus some change, my husband kept trying to get information on the company but all the caller was saying was that they deposited money into his account and my husband either changed his account # or cancelled payments, but we've never did any such thing and we also never owed any out of state company... When we request more info regarding the matter the caller "Chris" caught an attitude, they had my hubby social and last four digits of checking account... My hubby started getting upset I told him most likely this was some type of scam so we called our bank and put them on three way , the bank even said what the guy was saying didn't make sense.... The caller started getting very hostile especially when my hubby called him a fraud.. The caller hung up on my hubby my hubby called back and asked him why is it so hard to furnish the proper paper work stating the amount owed, Chris the caller asked how is my husband going to pay this bill? He said he wasn't , the caller screamed "I'll See You In Court... I did a phone search and I found this site... I am more pissed off now,I want to know how did these people get his name and everything else? We plan on contacting the credit bureau and the Social Security administration first thing in the morning... Also they called from this # 310-598-1768 it's the same individual

They also told me that they were going to send an officer to my job on Monday to let them know the situation and they would then file charges against me.

This happened to me today. And it was this Craig Stevens guy. I had a really hard time understanding him and when asked if I speak to someone who spoke english better he yelled at me. I was told that I had a outstanding payday loan (which is already scheduled to be paid off on the 4th of Sept) and that they had tried to take money out of my bank account and that if was returned for NSF (which is bull cause I have money in my account) and that they were going to arrest me for stealing etc. I had 1/2 hour to get $745 to them via debit card or credit card. Stupid me panicked and went to credit union and got debit card for the amount of money I needed but thankfully the money won't be posted to the cards until Monday at 8pm. I called to try to speak with the supposive company to try to find out what was really going on and kept getting someone from this same company. It was a company called Federal Legislation of Unsecured Debt. I have called my local Sheriff's office and am waitin for detective to call me back. It sucks that these a**holes have nothing better to do than to try to get money out of us American's.

I received a phone call from these lunatics. They even went as far as calling my job!! He said his name was T.Williams. He called me in reference to some debt I supposedly owe. He called me stating that if I didn't call him back he would have to wish me good luck. He kept asking me to fax him my attorney information.He kept transferring me over to other people who were threatening me.They are a bunch of crooks and they should be arrested!

I received a call from 102-855-1013 also with the same remarks from other persons below.  This is the second time.  The first time I paid a bill that I had already paid about 6 years ago but had shredded the proof.  They told me that they were going to prosecute me and have me arrested at my worksite.  I got really scared and paid it to ACS.  This time I kept the proof. The person that called me this time is Michael Davis.

these people will keep calling you and bothering you to appear in court.  Call your local police department and report it.  Do not talk to them or they will keep calling you.  It is a scam.  Do not send them money or give them any information about you.

Yeah they called me everyday for a week. I finally answered today and they have my ss number AND A BANK ACCOUNT THAT I used for a company online. All I can say is be careful. The guy is very rude and he cussed me out. I told him he was full of crap and he is a scammer. He called several times and hung up in my face after he called me a b***h and other things that I will not type.

I had these calls start today at my job. He was "james Madison" with a very middle eastern accent. I wasn't sure why he was calling, since I never put my work phone number on anything but I took his number and told him I would call back when I was off work. For the next two hours he called my cell 17 times, leaving the "call me now or god help you message" and called my work five times, until I finally pretended to be someone else and said I had left for the day. I am going to report them to anyone I can and I hope everyone else does as well.  The call back number they left for me was 714 598 4228.

When I did call back after work they said it was about an outstanding payday loan. I have never had a payday loan, I have applied for one but ended up not needing it so I never took it. Best guess is they're either buying or stealing information from online sites. Either way this is very irritating and stressful.

This has happened to me as well.  The only difference is that they actually contacted my place of employment and spoke to my HR Manager telling them of my situation.  My HR Manager was kind of weirded out by this and told me to just hang back as these guys are scamming me.

They tell me this is a time sensitive matter and for me to call back or my attorney. That if i dont call back or my attorney then god help me and good luck. There was more but allot of similar things to what others are saying. Now when they call, the # on the caller ID does not come up. They are hiding there number and just says incoming call. Has this happen with anyone else.

I am so confused, never been in trouble with the law and now i just got a call from some lady called jen. my husband answeared but they would not talk to him.

I got a call from this number too. I don't understand how they got my information. It's a little scary.

They called me yesterday and asked me for my attorney information.  They said that I owed Fast Cash International some money and they had filed 3 charges against me.  Gave me the number of 707-324-7738 to call back.  What really scares me is that they have my e-mail address, cell phone number, knew where I bank, and where I work.  Said they would tell my employer what I have done and that I would lose my job if I didn't call them back.  They also said I would lose my credit history.  They definitely had a middle eastern sounding accent as well.  Unbelieveable.  Scared me half to death.

i receieved the same phone call today from this number stating i owed them money as well and they were calling to collect well after having a few choice words of my own to say after they called me 5 times back to back and having a hard time understanding them they havent called back their english is very bad and if you asked to speak to someone else that speaks english the idoit starts spelling the words and he want give the phone to anyone else please be careful with your info when talking to anyone on the phone this website was very helpful glad to know i am not the only person who has spoken to these fools

This Indian man with a heavy accent is leaving threatening om my cell phone and caling my husband's place of employment. I'm not sure what to do about it they will not answer the phone when I call. We don't any outstanding anything that we know of.

This is a scammer. A loan company I took a loan out warned me abou this company. If you ever took out a payday loan they may have your info. They are trying to obtain your social security number and other information. His English is very bad they left a number to call 408-317-0800.

Does anyone remember the name of the company he claims to be from?  I need to know, I am filing a complaint to the IA Attorney General and they want to know.

RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM A BAD ACCENT MAN THREATING ME ASKING FOR MY ATTORNEY NAME REGARDING FRAUD!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ABOUT!!! I HAVE NEVER COMMITTED FRAUD AND VERY GOOD CREDIT!!!!

The same as above called me twice today and left messages. I hope I can answer if they call back so I can play with their heads. I had this same thing about a year ago. At that time I started asking where they are from and what company, they even said they were from the county sheriff but couldnt tell me what county and i told them if they call back I am going to call the police. They never called back till now.

Just got the same call... I informed the man (as I am required by law) that this call is being recorded and gave him the Police Occurrence number.  Considering "he doesn't care about that" he should... given today he claims to be a lawyer for criminals...

He disconnected the line before I got to the important legal contact info.

Beware, I don't care what you are reading about this #, it is fraud.  Lets not forget, sometimes the same people who make these calls also go online to try to validate their purpose and make it sound more legitimate.

Megan, it would be one thing if I owed this amount that they could utilize these tactics.  However, I do not owe these people anything.  I made it a goal to clear all of my debts and I have.  To use incorrect grammar, I don't owe nobody nothing.  I have reported this to the FTC, the Memphis Police Department Fraud Division, the Shelby County Attorney General, and the T-FBI (Tennessee FBI).

I received a similar call to many of the other posters from 1028551013.  He called me yesterday and said I had a court date this morning at 11am.  I told him that I have a Bachelor's of Business Administration and have both family and friends who are attorney.  I do not work in the legal field, but I do know that they don't call you the day before you are scheduled to appear to notify you of a court date.  He asked me repeatedly who my attorney is.  I told him I do not have a personal attorney.  He said then who is going to represent you.  He told me that I had 3 allegations including wire fraud, bank fraud, and something else.  He said these were serious charges and if I did not respond to them immediately I was going to be in trouble.  He said they would notify my employer of these charges.

Ok - I called back "Ralph Murphy" who left me one of those messages and they don't know him, well how about Jerry Brown, hmmmm, don't know him either, OK, how about Mr. Johnson - NO, they don't know him either.  They know nothing of what I'm talking about - Maybe, its because I've faxed and emailed them a letter saying that I was on to their scam and have contacted the FTC, BBB, Secret Service Office, my Attorney General's Office and have called the FBI who confirmed this is a SCAM and do not call me anymore.

They have made me so mad especially because they almost scared me into sending them $$$$$$.

I work for attorneys and just contacted the company and told them the FBi had been  notified. I have no idea why they are calling and I can barely understand the message the guy left. I even deleted it. I know how the process works with debt collection (I assume it's debt collection) and believe me it's not this. I am calling my local plice department now and the FTC. The guy became very angry and hung up -

made threats about Federal Interstate Fraud, threatening me and my children.
told me to call 13103624312 or else.

Someone named "Craig Stevens" called from this # but asked me to call back at phone # 213-550-4171. I also spoke to a "Frank Jackson" but they both sounded like the same person. They sounded like they were from India and stated i needed to be in court in CA. I live in MA. They wouldn't send me any information about having to be in court and they said they would fax some kind of information to my work "telling them what kind of people are working for them."
