This number calls me daily. It started out calling me at night. Just in the last couple of days, this number is calling during the day.

I also told them to stop calling because they have the wrong number. They call at least five times a day AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY. I tell them every single time they have the wrong number and I also have a 5 month old baby that they MUST LOVE to wake up. Today the guy got rude with me and said "my name is not you people its max" and hung up on me so I called back to make a complaint and the supervisor named Brandi was even more rude and told me she would not file a complaint.

She kept interrupting me saying "ma'am" over and over and she asked me if there was anything else she could help me with so I said yeah you can let me finish my sentence and stop being rude. She just kept talking over me so I went off on her. I was screaming so loud my son started crying. I hate this damn company. I will file a complaint with the BBB. I already filed a complaint with the FTC. Everybody do the same maybe these b*****ds will get in trouble and STOP CALLING THE WRONG PEOPLE.

West Asset Management is a collection agency which prides itself in being one of the best debt collectors for Hospitals and other medical facilities.  They have a high success rate.  Probably because they are so relentless.  They call me everyday early morning, afternoon and sometimes at night.  Weekends are most annoying because I am exhausted from working all week.  I was unfortunately hospitalized for 5 weeks when I was still a temp so I didn't have insurance.  I tried to get out sooner but the hospital refused to release me.  Then after I got out, they wanted $96,000 within 10 days which is impossible when you are living check to check and were hospitalized for 5 weeks prior!  At that point, I decided  that since they wouldn't work with me, so I won't work with them.  I already plan to do a bankruptcy...so, let them call.  They will lose out in the end.

These calls come in constantly through the work for various employees. They call from 1-903-891-1105, but ask to be called back at 1-866-882-5878.

Ok, sorry I was wrong about the telephone number..it is 903-891-1104....

They have another phone number which is 903-891-1103 if I remember right...they call me....asking for person. I also explained that they had the wrong number and she was rude and said we will call back at another time and I said, bi*** which part of you have the wrong number did you not understand? Than she hung up on me.....:P

West Asset Management may be guilty of a 2nd degree FELONY in Texas...

Sec. 42.07. HARASSMENT.
A person commits an offense if, with intent to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, or embarrass another, he:
initiates communication by telephone, in writing, or by electronic communication and in the course of the communication makes a comment, request, suggestion, or proposal that is obscene;
threatens, by telephone, in writing, or by electronic communication, in a manner reasonably likely to alarm the person receiving the threat, to inflict bodily injury on the person or to commit a felony against the person, a member of his family or household, or his property;
conveys, in a manner reasonably likely to alarm the person receiving the report, a false report, which is known by the conveyor to be false, that another person has suffered death or serious bodily injury;
causes the telephone of another to ring repeatedly or makes repeated telephone communications anonymously or in a manner reasonably likely to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, embarrass, or offend another;
makes a telephone call and intentionally fails to hang up or disengage the connection;
knowingly permits a telephone under the person's control to be used by another to commit an offense under this section; or
sends repeated electronic communications in a manner reasonably likely to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, embarrass, or offend another.
In this section:
"Electronic communication" means a transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data, or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part by a wire, radio, electromagnetic, photoelectronic, or photo-optical system. The term includes:
a communication initiated by electronic mail, instant message, network call, or facsimile machine; and
a communication made to a pager.
"Family" and "household" have the meaning assigned by Chapter 71, Family Code.
"Obscene" means containing a patently offensive description of or a solicitation to commit an ultimate sex act, including sexual intercourse, masturbation, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus, or a description of an excretory function.
An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor, except that the offense is a Class A misdemeanor if the actor has previously been convicted under this section.
SECTION 2. Subsection (b), Section 42.072, Penal Code, is amended to read as follows:
An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree, except that the offense is a felony of the second degree if the actor has previously been convicted under this section.

trying to collect an unresolved debt. supposedly. i have had no contact with the organization for two years and i'm not sure what it's about.

I get calls from this number everyday...they leave a message stating they are "Financial Network"..? Nothing else. Very annoying . This is always to my WORK number!

I get this call at least two times a day and I am sick and tired of it.  They never leave and message and it is so annoying.  I answered once told them that they have the wrong number and yet they still keep calling.  JERKS!!!

I too have gotten many calls from this number and have asked them to quit calling...it does not work.....GRRRRRRRRR

I have been receiving calls from this number for months.  They call at all hours and are relentless.  I called them back and asked them what they wanted and the woman on the phone said that they are looking for Michael somebody which I'm sure was a lie.  I told her that I have a newborn baby whom they disturb each time they call and that they needed to stop calling immediately.  They called back 1 hour later and I completely lost my temper on them.  I don't know what to do!!!!

I too have delt with this company.... for almost a year now.. I have even placed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) maybe if more people will complain something will get done.  Check out this BBB page of complaints... Hope it helps
