I am constantly getting calls from either this number or from 1843963134. they never leave a message. After reading comments from this site, for sure, I will never answer these calls.

I just received a call from this number. I hung up because i knew it to be a scam. A call from a legit credit card would first identify themselves . If you have to tell them your credit card number don't!!! Your credit card company knows your number before they call you.

fake credit card company calls. Wants you to take advantage of a "limited offer" for lower credit card rate.
When the "customer service" rep came on, knowing this was a fake, I asked what company he was supposed to be with anyway. He put me on "hold" before I even finished the question, undoubtedly because he knew I wasn't going to fall for it.
I'm assuming if I had gone any further, the next step would have been providing my credit card number so I could get this "offer."
Stay away, and NEVER give your credit card information out to someone who calls you, no matter how tempting their offer seems.
