I got a call from this # 191-323-5268.  He asked for my husband, when I said he was not home, he said Oh....(kind of a disturbing tone.) and never said anything else..so I hung up.

Recieved call from 1-913-235-268 on our business line at 7:00PM on Monday November 16th, 2009.  Man asked me if he had reached "business name" and I said yes. He asked to speak to "the guy that runs the place".  Given that I am female and it is my business, I knew it was a scam and told him "the guy" was busy could I take a message.  He said "yeah" and hung up.  No noticeable accent, rude, and VERY annoying (not to mention insulting that everyone assumes a MAN runs my business)!

My husband received a phone call (11/13/2009 @ 5:45pm) from this number (191-323-5268); a man with southern accent asked for the company name when my husband asked "how can I help you?", the man just hung up on him. My husband tried to call back and it's said the number doesn't exist. This is weird.

11/5/09 @ 754PM GOT CALL FROM 191-323-5268. HE ASKED IF THIS WAS "NAME OF OUR COMPANY" & I SAID YES. HE ASKED IF HE WAS AROUND (I GUESS HIS WAY OF ASKING FOR MY HUSBAND. I SAID HE CAN'T COME TO THE PHONE. HE ASKED WHEN WOULD BE GOOD TIME TO CALL HIM. I SAID TRY HIM TOMORROW AROUND LUNCH. HE SAID HIS NAME WAS RICK W/ RIVERS TRUCKING. HE THOUGHT HE HAD GRABBED HIS CELL NUMBER BEFORE HE LEFT THE OFFICE BUT HE MUST HAVE WROTE DOWN THE WRONG NUMBER MY MISTAKE. HE WANTED TO KNOW IF HE WAS ON THE ROAD & I TOLD HIM HE WAS ALREADY ASLEEP. HE SAID WILL HE BE HOME BY LUNCH TOMORROW & I TOLD HIM THAT WOULD BE THE BEST TIME TO REACH HIM.

Don't give these people any info. I just got a call and tried to tell me he was from my credit card company and tried to get my card number from me. i hung up and called visa and its not them.

This guy called me tonight as well. When I asked him not to call again he laughed and asked what was I going to do about it? He's not on my Christmas list.

Just called for my husband's business at 7:38Pm Eastern time and asked to speak to the person in charge of the business (rudely)  When I asked who was calling, he hung up. Seems to be related to transportatin/trucking businesses from reviewing the posts.

Just called 5 minutes ago and said "que passa man que  passa "

he was the southern, raspier-sounding guy.  asked if i still work on my own equipment.  I said yes - he said if I would give him just 1 minute ..... so I listened.  Offered tools for sale.  I googled the co name while listening.  saw nothing - asked him where he was located.  gave me a street address - but when i pressed for a city and state he said "oh, come on now.." rather sadly.  I said 3.....2.......1...... and hung up

Just go a call from an individual with a hispanic accent.  At first there was silence and then he said "I thought you were getting the flu shot, you're no where holmes" and hung up

Call came just a few minutes ago. The man refer to himself as Dale with Rivers Transportation, wanted to speak to my husband, wanted to know if he was still driving.. I gave him the number to call and he called the husband and left no message.. what is up with this why call and not tell someone what they want..

CALL CAME IN AT6:03 PM ON 10-23-09 HE I'D HIMSELF AS MR BECKER, ASKED FOR MY HUSBAND BY NAME AND ASKED IF HE STILL WORKED AT HIS TRUCKING CO. I ASKED WHAT THE CALL WAS FOR, AND HE SAID HE WANTED A PRICE ON SOME TRUCKING WORK. HANDED THE PHONE TO MY HUSBAND, MR BECKER HUNG UP.

I received a call 4pm Oct-20th from this number 1-913-235-268. I own a business that uses my first initial and the first initial of my partner in the name. The caller asked which initial I was, I told him and he hung up. On most of our forms we use my phone number as a contact, such as invoices, insurance, applications with the state, ect...

This is the 4th time from this number 1-913-235-268. The caller stated he was with State Supply on the West Coast. I told him I had heard the sales pitch before and that I am on a do not call list. He said the Legislature abolished that law because so many mouths were fed by solicitation. I stated I am not interested and then he called me a fool. His exact words "your a fool".. Thats when I hung up. It's my belife that this number is from professional telemarketers hustling for money.

Just happened to me at approximately 7 pm est on 10/14/09.  Asked for my husband by first name and then when I said he wasn't in and asked if I could take a message, HE hung up.  Didn't appear to have an accent.  Tried calling number back, but I got a "fast busy signal."  I guess people don't have anything else to do with their time.  Truly pitiful.  Hope my report will somehow help and/or forewarn others to never give out personal information unless they are certain who is calling and why.

This guy just called my house asking for my husband by name. Since he is taking a nap, I asked for  the caller's name, and that husband could call back. He just hung up on me!

they use a service that allows them to put any # they want on your awnsering machine they are shady retards in my book ...good luck

I just received this phone call from this number.  The gentleman on the other end asked if this was our company (which it is)I said yes and he asked if the "old man" was home.  I said no.  He than asked when would be the right time to call him and he said that he wasn't in the office and that it would be a waste of his time for the "old man" to call the office.  He stated that his name was Rick from Rivers Trucking.  Than he hung up he has a southern accent.

Call came in at 8:45 p.m and asked if my husband was there.  I said yes and asked who it was and the guy said "Dale".  I then asked what the phone call was in reference to and the guy hung up on me.  I have tried many times to call the number back but it doesn't go any where.  I did a search on line for this number and I came upon this web site.  Does any one who the hell this is and what they are doing????

I received a call about 7:15 est time (9/29/09) from this same number. A man (sounded American- no accent other than a hint of a twang) asked if this was my business- he did not pronounce it correctly- but I said yes and then he hung up!

Got a call from this number a few times and the caller asks for Steve. When my wife told them that Steve does not live here, they tried to sell her insurance. When I answered and said that Steve does not live here, I hung up. I would not offer any type of information when you get a call from this number or any 191 area code. 191 does not exist in the USA.

I just received this call a few days ago (I think 9/22, and I believe it was my cousin whom I had not heard from in years.  I was cut off....I think my mediacom phone cut off.  I really want to know how to get in touch with him.  He sounded well.  The return call wouldn't go through.

Caller asked to talk to my husband. I asked what was this concerning? He said it was about my husband's trucking business. I told him my husband has been dead for 8 years and I don't think his information was correct.

Got a voice mail from this number and he just said my name. Tried to call back but it doesn't exist.
