Just received a call from this number from a guy stating he is with some films of family.  First started off stating I haven't bought from them in a while...which I've never bought from them ever.  Basically sounded like he was begging for me to buy a couple movies and described two movies to me.  When I asked for him to redescribe the first one again there was a long pause then some generic response about the company.  This is when my scam sensors went off.  I asked if he had a website I could look at.  Then there was another pause followed him giving me some phone number so I hung up.  All I can picture is some person hitting buttons on a sound board as a response to my responses and they made no sense.  Sounds like someone scamming to get credit card info to me...but I guess that's just my opinion.
This is the first time I've received a call from this number.

I also have had many calls at all hours from different area codes across the nation. I talked to them 12 years ago, am on a no call list and have been receiving calls STILL! 12 years of this crap has got to stop somewhere.

These people call me all the time, never leave a message.  They must have a dozen different numbers and names to hide the fact that they are really Feature Films for Families.  I have asked them several times to take me off their call list, but they keep calling anyway.  I said I was going to file a complaint with the FCC if they didn't stop calling.  They just laughed and said, "good luck with that!"

201-257-4057 Is this one of the callers in this scam?  They call at least every other day.  I never answer callers I don't recognize and who don't leave a message

I recently installed a land line. Unfortunately because of really bad cell reception. within a day of the phone installation I received a call from this number. I let the call go to voicemail, and no message was left. I get a call at least three or four times a week from this number. I registered with the do-not call list after I received the first phone call. But, I'm still receiving calls from this number, even though I've never answered, and won't answer, it's become more than annoying.

I get phone calls from these people over 3 times a day. Always different numbers with the last digit moving around. I've asked them to stop calling. They won't. They will not listen to reason when I say no thank you. I just hang-up on them. I saw on the Today show that a person should pick up the phone & start dialing a bunch of random numbers then hang up. I guess it confuses the computer generated call. I was doing this for about a week or so & calls actually stopped - for awhile - They're back again. I am getting really p#*%ed about it because now they call at 7 a.m. on Saterday's. They are relntless! If there are laws about vendors calling people again after being asked to stop, they are getting away with it because of all the multiple numbers. What a way to make money - bug the crap out of people. I couldn't be a salesman!

I get phone calls from this films for families all of the time. It is driving me crazy!

Don't know who this is and I wish they'd quit calling my cell phone....They never leave messages so I am assuming it a telemarketer....

I returned the call and they said to hold for customer service??

This is a Feature films company, once you buy one thing they never quit calling(AT ALL HOURS) I wish I could find a way to get off there list!!

They sell family movies. They were quick and not pushy.

Called the 800 number as mentioned by commenter above, and got right through to a person.  Asked to be put on the do call list.  We'll see if it works!

No message, many calls - I'm on National Do Not Call List

Family Feature Films, a scam product. Regular calls to my cell, regardless if they were on a no-call list. Used TrapCall, via Trapcall.com, a free service by way of Verizon. I 'blacklisted' them and *poof*...no more scammy call (from them...).

They are annoying I won't buy from them if it was free!!! How do I stop these calls.

I bought several films from Feature Films for Families when my children were small.  They are high-pressure sellers.  The movies are family friendly but the regular telemarketing became harrassing in my opinion.  I've vowed not to buy from them again because the frequent calls interrupt me from working from my home office!  I have not been able to get them to stop calling me despite several requests.  They continually rotate caller id numbers even personal phone numbers from various states.  Just be forewarned if you ever say yes I'll try a few DVDs...

I am so fed up! I am getting calls from them at 6-6:30am!! As soon as I block one # they call from a different one. Does anyone else know of any company that calls before 8am??!! They are based in Utah so that makes it 4-4:30am there. I am beyond angry.

This is from Film for Families based out of Utah.  They use several phone numbers none using their company name,  Calls from "Ryan and Andrea are from the same irritating company.

This is the worst! They don't even talk! As soon as I answer this number it hangs up on me! What is going on? It is kinda creepy. They call every morning, afternoon and night!!!!

201-257-4536 - number belongs to Conde Nast - magazine subscription service to discuss buying magazines or renewing subscriptions.  Call 1-800-805-3185 to be removed from their calling list.

They continue to call here from 2 different numbers.  I have told them repeadedly that I am not interested and am on the "DO NOT CALL" registry.

I have also purchased several great family movies for my kids from Feature Films for Families.  On the other hand, on a day like today we've already received 3 calls from them.  It would be nice if they would lay off a bit.  Tomorrow we may get several calls from one of their other numbers.

I bought some films for my grandkids when young.  Now I get the calls.  I've declared no interest but as you can see they are calling as of June 19,2008 at 8 pm CDT.

First time they called this number. This is so annoying!
People that do these fake phone calls need to get a life.
