Same Here!! Some Idiot named David Rickardo calles me and tells me I woe $698.00 to some FMS comp. They wanted my credit card # so they can charge it off They also wanted some promissary note and other crap!!! they called me twice and somehow they got hold of my parent's cell phone numbers as well.

my daughter got this message also.call came from 201-477-1459 left a call back # 1-866-994-7554 said a friend(she was a former coworker) took out a Internet loan and listed her a a guarantor and she could pay $75 to have her name removed.the coworker and another one got the call also.tried to figure out the link.my daughter had them on her phone list and my space and worked at same fastfood.anyone else have commom links should post them so we can figure out where they are getting their info. its scary. i am reporting to local police,bbb,and paper and tv stations and anybody else that the police advises. i suggest everyone do the same.we need to run these scumbags back to the rocks they crawled out from. some poking around found the phone carrier is teleport communications new york op, the # are in rochelle park and oradell new jersey.

hey i too got a call from them..and you know what i took it as a joke and you know i saw cops investigating in my neighbhourhood...what a trouble...they were not ready to listen anything....oh..god...i had to pay the money..coz they were serious....make sure you dnt involve yourself in this its quit legal.....




ITS REAL I SUFFERED IT

I received voicemail messages from this 201-477-1459 number. The guy leaving the messages is an Officer Thomas with a very heavy accent. He was saying that a case was out against my friend for fraudulent use of an Internet Paid Loan and that I was named as the "Guaranteed Person" and a case was brought against me as well. When I called this guy back (866-994-7554 x1020)he won't give me any information about the loan but he sure knew my friend's name and my name and number.

I've gotten the same calls from a "Detective" Paul MacKenzie. SAME NUMBER. They were very VERY vague, incredibly rude (One guy called me a M***********), and not only called my cell and job, but my sister's job and cell. They are also recording the conversations without stating so, which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL.

The first time I received calls from this guy "OFFICER Danny Jackson" was around February 2009 on a Tuesday around 1:32 P.M. They obviously use different numbers registered in different locations / cities in the U.S. because the first time this guy call my home number... his number did not showed up on my caller I.D. what came up on my caller I.D. screen was (Name Unavailable 1007) ... He left about 3 messages on the same day... there was a 2 minute gap in between the first 2 phone calls... the first message he left was terrible I was not able to understand anything ... he mumbled a lot and his accent is extremely heavy... on the second message he left I was able to understand more his message... this guy sounds very threatening and he said he got my home address and my social security number... he confirmed the last 4 digits of my social security on the message and my home address ... he said this is a very serious legal matter ... he claims to be "OFFICER DANNY JACKSON" with the "UNITED NATIONS LEGAL DEPARTMENT"... He left a phone number where I could get a hold of him ... I was not able to get through this number I'm pretty sure that this is because of this guy's heavy accent I was not able to get the number right... Around 1:34 P.M. on the same Tuesday back on February 2009, this guy called my home number again... this time he claims to be "CHIEF INVESTIGATOR DANNY JACKSON" with the "UNITED STATES CRIME SUSPECT DEPARTMENT"?...my caller I.D. screen showed this "Name Unavailable 007"... he asked of me to call him as soon as possible before something went wrong with me... this is the number I was able to get on the message "1-800-860-1813 x 1022"... he said if I failed to return his call, I might face some serious legal consequences and that he will not know what could happen to me at my job, home and that I might get some shocking surprise... after hearing this threatening message I called the number again but, could not go through.  Today Sunday April 11, 2009 I received a phone call from another guy again and this time the city, state and phone number showed on my caller I.D. This guy left a message ( his voice sounds similar to the guy that called in February... very heavy accent)...This guy claims to be "OFFICER KERIN WILSON"? with "BLOSSOM / LOAN DEPARTMENT"? couldn't understand his first name and / or company name real well... He said this call is about a very serious court matter filed against me... he also said that he had my residency information and social security number... this guy as well went ahead and confirmed my home address and the last 4 digits of my social security number... the information that came up on my caller I.D. screen is (Oradell, NJ... 1-201-477-1459) this call came in at 10:39 A.M. today Sunday April 11. His return call phone number is 1-866-994-7554 X 1018 this time a recording operator answered and instructed to enter the extension number of the party I wished to reach... the phone kept ringing... there was no answered then I was transferred to an answering machine... I did leave a message for this guy "Officer Kerin Wilson" I just said that I needed to have him called me back I just left my name and I said that since he has all my personal information I did not find the need to leave it on the recording for him...
I'm very upset for the fact that they have my information.... to me personally this is a "SCAM" all I can hear in the background when these people left the messages is other people with the same exact heavy accent... specially the names and positions they have claimed are so different... After I talk to this individual... based on the answers I get... I will definitely report it to the FBI Fraud Division.

Here is what EVERYONE needs to do. Call the toll free number over and over and over. I am having fun with skype by calling them constantly and playing mary had a little lamb with the keypad. Its fun. Try it sometime. If you do it on skype, they cant trace where the call is coming from. If you do it from your phone, make sure you *67 before you dial the number. These guys are scammers trying to get your information. CALL THEM  866-994-7554 and type in Ext 1001.

I received a call on last Friday from a Mark Gorin who claimed to be an officer from some government agency that he said very quickly in his thick accent that I could not understand.  I was on lunch when he called the first time.  He called a second time and asked why I did not call him back.  I told him I did a reverse lookup of the number he left and looked up the company that came up.  It was Telecommunitaions.  I never heard of them but he said he was calling from a government agency.  Some United something.  I had fell for a similar scam last year and paid $690 to someone who claimed I would be arrested if I did not pay the laon off.  I reported it this time.  This Mark told me that his supieror wanted to talk to me.  he transfered to call to a man that sounded just like him.  I told him to send the information to my home.  he asked for my address I told him if he says he is who he says he is he should have my address.  Well the address he gave me was old.  Ihave lived at two other places since then.  So I know he was lying.  I told him I reported him and hung up.  He called me again.  I told him the same thing he continues to tell me to call the police.  I put him on hold and called 911.  They told me to get his information and report it to my local police department.  I told him what they told me to do.  He refused to give me anymore information then he already had which was that I owed money for a payday loan.  He called me a liar.  Stated that I did not call the police and that he needed to speak to my manager.  I told him he did not and hung up the phone.  He called back two more times and I ignored the call.  I was at work.  If he was really from the government agency like he said he would have had my correct address.  I'm listed.  I a registered voter.  You should have my current address.

I have placed a complaint report with the Federal Bueru withtheh number and name of the person who called.  I'm just a little shaken up and scared that this happened.  I'm not a criminal.  I never even had a speeding ticket before.  I'm going to school and take out loans every now and then to cover stuff for school when I do not have it all but I will not be doing that anymore.  I can't deal with this.

I receved this wierd phone call on Friday saying that I will be prosecuted for fraud if I did not send a payment or promissary note, stating that I will pay $987.61. But after I looked them up on 800notes.com and found out that what they are doing is fraudulent and they are using another company's name and also did not want to give me any information of what the money was for only for a pay day loan that was unpaid, and wanted me to send it western union to a Tyrell Graham.

Caller threatening that a company was going to sue me.  He had my information but I did not know what he was talking about.  He has called 5 times today.

Same thing happen to me but they called my work I kept asking not to.  I did have loans 2 and a half yrs ago.  I called the lending company they laughed.  I have proof I paid they said thats not good enough also its my life and its in Gods hands.  The sad thing is I paid them back people like them two yrs ago.

I heard from Officer mark Thomas today too - first time from him - I usually get some officer named John Watson or James Wilson. They keep threatening, but I am at the point I just lay into them until they hang up. And...then I call them repeatedly for like 30 minutes and as soon as they pick up I go off.

REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE AND FBI

When they call back again - tell them you did exactly that.  once you have filed the complaints - you will get complaint numbers.  Offer to give them the complaint numbers
 

At this point they think they still have a chance in scaring you into sending them money - Once they know you have reported their criminal attempts -they'll stop calling

I also contacted the FBI office that was closest to me and filed a report. Unfortunately, I don't think they can do a lot. I have taken to calling them as often as possible every day and telling them I contacting the IB - the Indian form of FBI and CIB - which is the Central Intelligence Bureau. I hope they stop, because they are calling me at work. They are talking about a past debt, but the supposed creditor and loan amount doesn't show anywhere on my bank record for the date they say it does and I have checked within 3 months of that date. Not sure what the deal is, but the FBI officer I spoke with said they ask for small amounts, because it shouldn't draw too much attention and hopefully the person will pay out, because it is smaller.

I have been harrassed from these guys since January of 2009. At that time it was for 'cyber crime' - but they didn't give a company name. Basically, I was told if I didn't pay I would be arrested, lose my credit report, my social security number would be blocked and I would be fired - I told them that they need to provide sufficient documentation showing I owed any money and I would try and resolve the matter. That wouldn't work, so I was supposed to be arrested - now it has started up again for the past three weeks. Indian voices - very American names (pathetic, but I guess they look for what sounds like a believable cover) and saying the same things. This time I tried to have fun with them - I also called the FBI and filed a report - i thought they would stop since I didn't buy into it. Every week since they are calling me at work - new officers, but same deal. Today I had the final straw and I have been calling them every 30 minutes and harrassing them. Basically giving them so much s*** that they know what it is like. At this point they think I am a pretty crazy American lady.

Similar experience here.  Got a phone call from an "Office Wallace" looking for a former renter.  I asked him who he represented and he told me at least 5 times and I could not figure out what he was saying, so I finally told him to have someone who could speak English call me back and I hung up.

I think it's so funyy that Rose is still trying to work her magic on people. I got a phone call from these people back in the end of January early Feb. she said her name was lt. Rose Johnson, with a heavy foreign accent and stated, that I was going to be prosecuted for fraud, and theft. I was really scared ans at the time didn't know it was all a scam. I promised her I would pay the amount owed but not until my next payday she got pissed. she told me I had to fax her a promissary note to ensure I would pay. I did but when I got home from work I looked up there phone number on google which I didn't know you could do and found several other with the same issue. Since then I have filed a complaint with my DA's office and I have frozen all of my credit reports. I also received a phone call similar to this one today by Jason Casey or Davey didn't say where he was from but he did leave a call back number (714) 409-0415, and stated that if I didn't call hime back he could only wish me good luck and my God bless me as the situation unfolds on me. Carzy! I hope they ctach these jerks.

Hello, I am an attorney with the Blanch Law Firm.  It has come to my attention that the people at this line may identify themselves as affiliated with The Blanch Law Firm.  THIS IS NOT TRUE.  I myself have contacted them and demanded they stop.  I have also informed the FBI who is looking into the matter.  They told me to tell anyone contacted by the people at this number to file charges with their local police and to mention that they have heard that people nationwide are receiving similar calls.  Good luck to everyone.

For about 8 months I have been getting calls from different people with very heavy indian accents and basically they threaten me on the phone trying to get me to pay them a certain amount of money. I have filed a police report and everything and they still will call every few months. I'm no longer scared of them anymore because I just got lifelock and my identity is locked up and they can't touch anything. I might have to change my number though because the phone calls have become such an annoyance.

ATTENTION: To all do not worry about this company they are oversea agency that pays to find our information through the internet of previous things we have filed or filled out on line before. I have friend that works for the FBI and I have sent all phone calls and notes from this company to my friend. The FBI is now investgating this matter. So if any one from Eagle Eye Associates tells you to call 866-994-7554 do not and no worries

report them to your local police department and try to file harassment charges! that is what i am in the process of doing. its worth a shot they need stopped.

She even called my work number threatening me to pay her the money I owe for an internet loan. Little did she know I don't have any loans. Anyways I printed out the comments that people have posted and took them to my local police department. The next day she called again to threaten me about putting me behind bars. I went back to my local police department and am now trying to file harrassment charges against them! Just try it, it is the best thing to hopefully get them busted.

We received a call from a an officer Thomas.  The call came from 201-477-1459. He said that a friend of ours had been involved in a fraudulent activity and we were linked. He told us to call him back at 866-994-7554. We will not call him back because it is a scam!
