Do Not Call me anymore

I tried first to dial the number 202-367-9845, directly but only option to speak to person was by pressing 1. I.C. System is certified as a Women?s Business Enterprise (WBE) I.C. After pressing 1 they tell me that they are helping other callers but then they disconnect call. I next searched on line and found IC system at http://www.icsystemconsumer.com/, which has phone number 1-800-279-9048 after dialing, I waited to find the correct option to speak to a live person. I was able to talk to someone and I gave them my phone number and told them they were trying to reach an individual that does not exist at this number. She told me they are removing my number from there call list and it can take up to 24 hours to do so. They told me that is all I need to do and will stop their calls to us.

They call my number and ask for my father who has passed away 2 years ago.
I have told them and they still keep calling back!!!

I DO NOT  owe AT&T and have tried telling them that I had disputed the early termination fee with att because I WAS NEVER told there would be one if I didn't keep it a year. they are very rude and until ATT can produce a recording of Erica williams telling me there was a early termation fee I will not pay it, they can't do it becasue she didn't tell me that. Would not have even cancelled the internet but I had to call them 5 month straight to get my bill changed to the right amount, after the 5th time I called and cancelled and the woman got mad at me. Been h4875 ever since. heck they should have give me 6 months for all the hours I was on the phone with them for their mistakes. They will have to take me to court to get that $90.00. by the way my first cousin who I had got to come on to att cancelled about the same time I did for the same reason and they never mentioned a eraly termation fee to her. I have already steered about 8 customers from them and will continue to do it until they clear up this bill.

I get calls every day from this company and the only thing I can find is on pages like this and everyone says they collect for Dell, whom I have never had an account with, nor do I owe them any money. In fact, I don't have a single delinquent account to my name! Not to mention they call my cell, which isn't even in my name! It's my husbands, and he has no delinquent accounts for anything at all either! We both have spotless credit and yet this agency is calling me?? They won't leave a message either. And I've had this cell for 6 years now, so it's unlikely it's the previous persons calls! ANYONE ON THIS FROM THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO DO THEIR HOMEWORK BEFORE THEY START CALLING PEOPLE!!!!! ILLINOIS HAS A STIFF FAIR COLLECTION LAW! AND BELIEVE ME, I WON'T HESITATE TO TURN A SINGLE PERSON OVER TO THE STATES ATTORNEY'S OFFICE!

I've found that they're (IC Systems) also doing collections for delinquent AT&T (dsl) accounts.  The calls were made to my cell phone and totally legit as I owed on a past phone bill.  Debt paid, no more annoying phone calls.

They are calling me too. I assigned their number to a ringer called "silent", so they go to voice mail. Since they don't leave messages, it's no skin off my back.  I have never purchased from Dell either.

From googling, I think this is a collection agency for Dell.  Calls, leaves no message.

These people call here 10-15 times per day.  Getting really annoying with no messages.  We have a private unlisted number and we still get these phone calls.  Just leave one message and we might actually talk to you!!!!  Isn't this considered some kind of harrassment????

It's IC Systems - which is in fact a collection agency for Dell.  Don't owe them money, and they won't call  :)

Calls several times a day-all week, 7 days, but never leaves message on answering machine. I don't know if there is some law or something but others like GE DO leave a message. It is very frustrating and annoying!
Does anyone know if debt collectors are required to leave a message AND if the are supposed to call Monday thru Friday and only from 8AM to 9PM? I can not seem to get clarification on this. Also, if it is a business is it not REQUIRED that their name show up on caller ID? Curious to know these answers. TIA And, it it is Dell, missed 1 pmt and just paid it.

they called my grandmother asking for my mother and claimed they were doctors when i called them and demanded for a release of the recording they said they did not have to i asked to speak with the manager and they said that they dont have to let me.

I just returned a call from that number and the gentleman told me that it was for Anna Sullivan.  Not only have I had this number for over 3 yrs., I am not Anna Sullivan.  They told me they would remove the number, we will see.  From past experiences with people having had this number in the past, I will probably recieve calls from different phone numbers from the same company for years to come.

I do not even have a Dell computer. So why are they calling me? Maybe if they had a person call that listens to the name said my voice mail, instead of a recording, they would know they have the wrong number.

Meg:  You can tell them that they are calling your cell phone and that it is costing you money -- If the bill that they are collecting is not yours....you can request that your cell phone number be removed from their system....just request to speak with their supervisor....

People:  you can go:   nationaldonotcall.com  Which is the national do not call list...and put ALL your phone numbers on this list...IF the bill collector is calling you and it is the WRONG number...and you request that they take your number out of their system and stop calling you...they should do it.  Oh, you may get a couple more calls....but generally, your phone number should be taken out of the system within ..

Sorry, folks this company -- IC Systems is for AT&T and Direct TV....they are bill collectors.  Just wanted to let you all know...The people at DELL use the same company to collect their bad debt accounts too....as do several other companies...but the IC Systems main accounts are for AT&T and Direct TV...

These are only some of the numbers.  Sometimes they can call and the caller ID says unknown or private number.  

Reason why I know these numbers is because I used to work for a company that contracted to AT&T to collect out standing bills....

Their rules as far as calling, they will not talk to anyone except the person who has the bill in their name (and in some cases their spouses).  If they do talk to you about the account that is in arrears....and it is not your account -- be sure to get a full name....then call the number back right away and ask to speak with (who ever answers the phone) THEIR SUPERVISOR.  By law they are not allowed to speak to anyone other than the account holder (and in some cases the spouse of that holder).  By getting their FIRST AND LAST NAME -- have them spell it to you...you can speak with the supervisor and complain that these people are calling you and that they disclosed personal information on this account and the account is not yours...the hourly employee will get written up or released from the job immediately.  

As far as what times and days they are allowed to call to attempt to collect on any outstanding bill....They are BY LAW allowed to call Sunday - Sunday (per time zone) from 8 AM to 9 PM.  This was the Law back in 2008 -- and I am not sure if these laws have changed....Since most of these types of companies have an automated DIALER system ...the computer dials the number and will not connect to the employee of the company UNTIL a live person (or an ANSWERING service of some type) picks up....then it will connect with a live person.  Then the employee will determine if the call was answered by a live person or if it were some type of electronic device (answering service)....

I don't think that Dell is the only company they're contracted to... I believe they are used by many vendors, because of their relentless tactics!

Another fake phone number for IC Systems.

I have been getting calls on my cell and I don't own a dell. They don't leave a message nothing getting really annoyed.

I feel the same way...they have been calling me also numerous times a day also.  My daughter even answered the phone and asked if she could take a message as I was unavailable and they hung up on her...if that is how they do business, I don't feel I have to take the call either...

This number has been calling me all day long, 4 times so far... two times I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message so I called the number back... they're looking for someone I don't even know and I stated to them I didn't know the person and to remove my phone number... they were incredibly rude, almost to the point of yelling at me... they continued to say my phone number will be removed within 24-48 hours and I shouldn't receive any more calls... we shall see.

they call late at night and woke up my 11 month old twice. I asked them to please not call so late as not to wake her up and they havent' listened yet...and yes they are rude.

i moved and sent them my new address i continued to pay my bill from an old statement i tried contacting dell regarding a huge mistake on their part no help at all. i am paying for a lap top which was purchased for my daughter who has been hospitalized numerous times in the past 5 years. the funny part is my change of address made no difference to them i never received a statement at my new home.so what they did was rack up a bill i refuse to pay and will take them to court of not doing the right thing by a good customer and a disabled child what a shame then the wonder why the networking professionals don't like working on their computers, which happens to be my brother. What kind of company are you. terrible terrible not wanting to help after i insured the lap top until the year 2010. This Number 202-367-9845 keeps calling (they called 3 times in the past hour) and it says there from washington dc but washington is spelled like this WSHNGTNZN1, d.C. It Seems Very Fishy.
