I was told to call the number too. When I did, they said that they couldn't find my conformation code. I would not give them any credit card or bank information. I will see if I can get more information and provide an update

I recieved call from unknown number saying i had been approved for a government grant that would not need to be repaid in the amount of $7000.  I could not make out the woman's name, she gave me my information and an approval number. told me to call 202-580-854 and give them my money approval code.  She did ask how i wanted my money - cash, check, visa or mastercard. When I hesitated to ask more questions she told me it would be sent in cash.  I Sounds like a scam ....

got a call from 918-042-637809 stating I was awarded a grant of $7,000.00. Gave me a code and this number, 202-580-8543. Called it and it just rang and rang..then went busy. scam?

I received a call from 915-866-638399 with the same tale as above. Rather than make a call I came home and researched Mark Smith's number 202-580-8543. Needless to say I will not be calling this person as it all sounded like a scam from the beginning.
