please stop calling...they always hang up

Recieve calls EVERY day, from 8:30am to8:30pm.  Caller ID is AICR.  I am being harassed by these constant relentless phonecalls.  Please help, TY!

Called at 7:25 p.m. when I picked up they hung up. Caller IC said AICR. I have gotten a number of calls from them from a different number and emaild them asking to be removed from their calling list. Was several days before I got this call from a different number. If they are telemarketers, why do they hang up when someone answers?

have been receiving calls from this nimber mostly on week-ends, all hours. I agree with some of the other posts that it is likely an automated call from American Insitute of cancer research. It's not that a person actually hangs up on us but maybe more that the call is programmed to disconnect after 3 rings.

We receive calls from this number several times a week.  We never answer and they always hang us when our voice mail is activated.

Calls every day, I answered the first time but nobody would talk so today I picked up the phone and slammed it down real hard! Hope it hurt their ears and won't bother me again. It is very annoying and they won't leave a message but it is a Charity Organization" therefore, it doesn't help to file a complaint to the "Do Not Call Registry" because they are exempt and can call anytime for donations.

We get calls from them several times a day and as others have reported, it hangs up if you answer it.

Im unemployed,so im here most of the day.Im getting calls from AICR with out any call back number, at all hours during the day,and several times per day.this is quite frustrating. I tried to register a compliant with the link on someone else page with out success. Is there anyone out there can help?

I've been getting calls from 202-652-4598 from the AICR.  I live in El Paso and when they call from where ever, it's often very early in the morning here.  Dinner time is another time they call and some days I get upwards of 6 calls.  No one ever answers, leaves a message or answers when I call back.  This has been going on for months and I don't know how to stop it!!!!

I called the FCC and and spoke to a representative of FCC.  I was told to fill out a form and send a documented listed of the times, various numbers, etc.  Unless multiple complaints are registered the FCC is not apt to follow-up on the complaint. That being noted, I called AICR (800) 843-8114 and asked to speak with a representative of AICR about Telemarketing.  I was transferred and a representative told me that I would be removed from their phone contact list.  She asked me for my name and phone number and assured me that I would be removed within 48 hours. I asked her to look at the complaints on the internet about the unwanted calls. THE NUMBER TO CALL AT AICR TO GET OFF THEIR CALLING LIST IS:  (800) 843-8114.

Calls 2-3 times/day  When I answer, no one there

has called three times in one week I would like the calls to STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sick and tired of them calling me leaving no message at all hours of the day and night.

I have been logging the calls from February 11 to the 27, and I have received 10 calls at different times.  I wish I would have logged the others but I didn't think that this would continue.  I don't even answer anymore when my caller ID says AICR.  How can this be allowed? No one ever talks when the call goes to my answering machine. Judging from the other complaints I can see that I am not hte only one being harrassed.

I answered; someone spoke back.  It was a woman who mispronounced my name.  I told her not to call back, and, so far, haven't received a call today.

Receiving calls from 2026524585 up to number ending in 4598.  Caller id says AICF but when you answer there is no one there.  I get number not in service.  I just called the 800 number and was told that it is a automated calling system and they don't know why it says number not in service.  Was told that my number would be removed within 48 hours and if AICF shows up on my caller ID not to answer it.

I have received daily calls from AICR.  After 3 or 4 rings, they hang up.  I am on the Do Not Call list, and I am frustrated!

This number has been calling for what feels like forever.  They call night and day, every single day of the week about 3-4 times and never say anything or leave a message.  The ID says AICR.  This madness needs to end.

This is aboutr tel no. 202-652-4598.  Different tel nol than you all are rtalking about but the same organization  - AICR.  They are driving me insane with their constant calls - with no  one or no  message on  the line when you pick up.  Haven't kept a record of calls so far but will start and then fill out complaint form for Feds that others have mention ed in previous pages.  This has been  going on  for 2 years according to this site - time for it to end.

Calls and nothing said, repeatedly

AICR is using 202 607-2726 to do the same to me, they call then hang up when I answer.

Have been recieving calls from AICR for more than a month.....my experience is the same as the others, No one there if I answer, no message left if the machine picks up...extremely irritating and invasive

I finally got a human being at the other end of aicr's junk phone call.

These people have tried to contact me on a daily basis.  They leave no message.  I consider it harassing and do not want any more calls from them.
