This number has called several days in a row, and leaves no message

Is a job recruiter a "telemarketer"?

Does anyone even know who the caller is?  How is it going to be reported when no one has even talked to them. The DNC is to report Telemarketers. (Telephone sales of Goods or services)   It doesn't block or give immunity to anyone's unwanted calls. I Read about a month or so back where the FTC will only accept or act on complaints that involve Telemarketers who are Registered with the FTC as TELEMARKETERS and who purchase the Do Not Call List.  It will not go after invalid complaints concerning scammers or hidden illegal callers. It does not accept complaints that have incomplete information or are complaints against callers not covered by the DNC. (collections, scammers, pranksters, etc.)  In other words,  what I read into it is that the DNC will be administered as it was intended when established.  Telemarketing of Goods and services.  Any other Violations or complaints should be directed to the FTC Proper or FCCs....

My information is already listed on the "Do not call registry" yet I get calls from this number daily.  I want it to stop, now.

Register your number with the federal do not call list & then report that 202-800-0040 number as I have done. More complaints may help with an investigation.

Calls constantly, but never leaves a message.  I do not answer if I do not recognize the name and/or number and that's the message I leave on my phone.  I also state that they may leave a message at the sound of the beep, but they never do.  Evidently they don't understand English!!!

This number calls me every day at least twice.  As I am recovering from knee replacement surgery, getting up to answer the phone is a serious matter.  I want this to stop. YESTERDAY
