the number is a stratford number, with all the new numbers circulating because so many people are getting rid of land linse and using a cell phones that it is no longer around the area of where they are calling, it is in the border of Ct and Ny area..the name pops up but when you do answer it isn't that person,the caller would tell me that they had this number for 5 yrs and was unaware why many people would be calling her , it does happen because all numbers will go thru a refurbish and it has not taken out of the system..i have put in the number and it goes way back in jan that people would comment about it but no form of harrassing or threathening calls but the number is going all over Ct. this number isn't the only number that has this kind of problem ,alot of scammers are tying to get you to lower your credit cards and they want your information but when you call back and ask them not to call this  number and to take me off the calling list ,their tongue is loose and lashes back out at me, that was the last time i called this number.

i think we have an online affair going on lmao...i happen to agree with you ..the area that is stating is coming from new haven on my end when i type in the number and i live in new haven but like you said who is to say that my identity isn't stolen, today i will sign up for fraud alert, do you know any good sights out that that are legit? i heard life lock but they were sued awhile back..twice out of my life time and i'm 56 yrs old that they have used my name and bought phones and called around my neighbohood , i have asked if that is possible and they said yes ,more so collection agencies know your info and will call anyone that has the same last name to seek if you are related or neighbors , i was mortified , it took time for me to clear up and i thank God it had stopped, i switched phone carriers and im happy so far with verizon..

that is good to know, i saw it was a verizon then cingular i guess once they close the accounts you can take it to another phone carrier..i know i have done that ...it doesn't bother me any way, i get house calls from all over the place and i live in ct ,how they got my number most likely pulling it out of databases or just feel like dialing anywhere to see if they can hit but an unknown person..please be very careful of giving out your private information, they are NOT who they say they are..one good way is not to use your number on any social network sights or any other sights that requires a number, it will be automactically be given out to a 3rd party and take your identity..

i was told it is a refurbished number and the number is coming out of stamford ct..i just ignore any calls that i'm not familiar with the more you ignore them the lesser they call ..

good to know, hopefully her nightmare is over...i had the samething happening and i was told that there is increase of using information by someone else identity,that suck ,you can't really do much about it..

someone is using this number and i got this old woman and told her that this number back to back block or unblock the number, she was unaware that her number is being circulated for fun use. i never gotten a call back when i told them off ..its been days now..i ignore unknown callers it takes to much of my time now

i get this number all the time and one  time it was a male and a group of people fooling around either on and using on and off mute,laughing or saying nasty things,now i wont pick up cuz when i called its no longer in service..number is deep in ct and im from california
